I sent my letter VIA email to EHO in North Lanarkshire area and I got this back among others, but this was the last one.

"Sorry I think there was a miss-understanding on my last email, I was wondering where or what office did the gentleman come from and did you request him out and how so? The reason I ask is there is no job against your name of property from our environmental system for this and I was thinking it could have been from the food safety department? We cant send out our officers as these are the people who grant this type of request. "

So, did the guy that came to see me, just say NO and not even record it?? As you are all saying its a low risk business. My kitchen is probably cleaner than most bakerys, he did look at my kitchen and said it was neat and tidy, but wont pass????

So at least they are looking into it. :j
