Yeah i have problems as well because the ones you buy online dont seem to have the same measurements as the ones you can buy in store and the ones in store are only white or brown. I quite like making mine in brown cases as makes the colours of the buttercream stand out nicely but it would be nice to use other colours.

This is my latest cake. I'm not 100% happy with it, it was my first attempt at stacking cakes, but hopefully the birthday girl will be pleased.

Just a quick question. I'm sure it's been covered before but I can't find it. Food and Hygiene certificates: Are the ones provided by online testers considered valid by local authorities or do I need to enrol with a local college?
