They are really good! Well done!!
On another note, can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get some cheap cellophane bags for pressies. I have used the cone ones for somethings (can with some sweets that DS and DD bought!), but am looking for some rectangle/square ones....0 -

I've got an Asda nearby, it's just a pain to get there without the car. I could've got 4 for £2 from M&S but I don't want 4 the same colour lol! Ooooh just remembered that I'll have Mum's car on Sunday for a while - will pop in then! That way she doesn't know about it and thus her overly curious nature won't perk up.

Yesterday i did a spot of shopping for Christmas gift making, i need to start early!!
I have posted everything prices and pics on my home page if you want a nose, but they included some coasters, lovely chipboard flowers, tin buckets, jotters, bingo boards and a few other bits
So it may be worth a look round if you are planning a make-your-own Christmas0 -
Right then lovelies! I'm now starting to think about a hamper for DH, had planned on doing one along side his main present, but hadn't gone as far as to think about what I might put in it.
He loves reading so I'm going to try to get him a decent sized waterstones gift card so thinking I'll put that in there? Annoyingly have to go there to buy one, shame you cant buy and top up online really.
He also likes growing veg and herbs etc, I picked up some pots of GYO veg and sunflowers at TJ Hughes for 30p each so may put them in there although not sure how well it will fit with "blokey hamper theme"
Other ideas are:
A couple of special beers and ciders
Pork scratchings
Chilli peanuts
Some Xbox live points
Some whiskey minitures
An Xbox magazine
Maybe a cheap Xbox game if I can pick one up.
Can anyone think of anything else?
Maybe some gadgety things?
I saw a pizza cutter that was like a mini circular saw so may get one of those.
He's not into sport or cars and is to be honest, somewhat geekySo anything that geeks would find cool or interesting would be fab!
Edit: Just found this site http://www.voucherexpress.co.uk/fullrange.aspx Is it legit? I know waterstones dont sell gift cards on their website so is it okay to buy like this?or is it safer to just go instore and do it? Not sure if I could top it up on waterstones site either so probably end up going to the store to top up when I have extra pennies... darn!

Not sure if I'm allowed to post link to halfcost but they have 16-piece stoneware espresso coffee set features 8 cups and saucers in blue, spinwash design. Microwave and dishwasher safe.for £1.99 at the moment. Might be handy for anyone doing coffee lovers hamper, could break them into sets and do quite a few little gifts?0

Also set of 3 storage jars for £2.99 on 3 for 2, could be useful for jifts in a jar etc0

Hi,
Not sure if it's any use to anyone but Primark have got women's boy shorts reduced to 50p and £1. I got some to add to my sister's hamper. Whilst I was in there I spotted men's t-shirts (similar to this style) reduced to £2.
Also TK Maxx have started to reduce the sale lines and I managed to find a Billabong make up bag for £2! Bargain! So might be worth a rummage!
Hope this helps someone x
Edit: Sorry didn't realise my link didn't work! The T-shirts were this style:
