This week has been a real struggle for me.... I am on garden leave until the end of the month, then I will officially be redundant, and I am sooooooo bored! I miss going to work!
I have found myself eating rubbish through boredom.
I have been to the gym a few times but cant even drag my backside there, and was going 4 times a week until recently!
I have lost a pound and a half, dunno how though! So I'm glad about that!!
Need to find some motivation from somewhere!0 -

Today going to be hard im batch baking for the kids pack up/weekend.
Its -5 here at the moment and the temptation just to snuggle up on the sofa with a cuppa tea and a packet of biscuits is very appealing... so im going to wrap up me and the dog and head out for an early walk....Its offical ive lost the plot, someone talk me out of it
food today, is porridge for breckie, beans on toast for lunch, tea more than likely a low fat colly& veg cheese.

I hope i'm not too late to join you all. I have only just started TODAY and I would love to join you all. I see your weight in is on friday (today) so I hope I can join in the encouragment and have my first weight in next friday!!
My overall goal is to lose 1 and a half stone.

Today I will do the wii fit for 30 minutues
Breakfast was toast and fruit tea
Lunch will be soup
Dinner will be boiled chicken, potato and veg

I've had 2 very bad days-well the days have been ok but the evenings have been a disaster.
Anyhow back on track today hopefully.
Well done to all of you who have lost. If I'm good I WILL be amongst you next week. My next weigh in will be thursday so I have time to turn things around.
Food plan for today is HM vegetable soup and ham sandwich and fruit of some sort-grapes I think for lunch and HM shepherds pie with veg for tea. Might have to have an early night to prevent the evening bingeing!!July grocery- 24.40/220. NSD-1/3.

have had to come home from work today as ds to sick for school, made pot of hm soup last night so will have that for lunch mmmmm.

I've stocked up with veg and low fat cheese spread and have nearly munched my way through a whole jar of gherkins already.
Breakfast - Porridge with SS milk
Lunch - 1 slice grainy brown toast with low fat cheese spread mixed with tomato salsa and topped with mixed peppers and spring onion.
So far have had 1 cup of coffee and 2 cups of tea, now going to switch to green tea for the rest of the day. Avoided all biscuits at the mum's group this morning and told the others I was dieting so its official now - I have to do it!
Will probably have lamb chops with veg for dinner and some celery to snack on later.
Hope I can resist comfort food today as it's soo cold and snowy, I'd love stew and dumplings...0
