Well done ladies!!!
I'm back to Friday as weigh-in day now after it switching to Thursdays over the holidays. Fingers crossed for a positive result tomorrow as I'm struggling a bit with motivation this week - spent all day yesterday chugging sugar free squash in an attempt to persuade myself that I didn't want to eat my own bodyweight in cakes. It worked so the willpower must still be there, just hiding a bit!
I do love having a week off work though. Slept in till mid morning today so didn't have any breakfast, meaning I can have some wine this evening, hurrah! Lunch was a wholemeal pitta with a slice of chargrilled chicken, some plum tomatoes and some lettuce and a packet of Walkers Baked, so about 300 cals so far I reckon.0 -
Gosh, you are all doing so well!! tori.k, well done on the 3lb loss, I am so impressed!
I was ok(ish) yesterday, and am well prepared today. Porridge and a boiled egg for breakfast, HM soup for lunch and a stir fry for dinner. I will try to keep snacks to a minimum.
I would love to go away to one of those health farm places where they give you massages/colonics/treatments, feed you delicious but healthy meals, bring you on vigorous hikes and you come out half a stone lighter after a few weeks! Sigh.
Tara you could come to minefor £200 pw, i could feed you half a lettuce leaf and a carrot stick and dump you on the moor for a ten mile hike back to mine, unsure about the colonic treatment....i will inquire at the local fire station they have plenty of hoses!! :rotfl: :rotfl:
