Started Paul's programme in November and lost 7lb but unfortunately ended up in hospital during December so it kind of went out of the window. In saying that I think it must have subconsciously stuck with me as in all of December I only put on 1.5 pounds which I was really pleased about.
Have started listening to my cd again and have been watching the Paul McKenna show on Living TV to give me some more motivation.0 -

Well my first week is up and is a 3 LBS loss
just another 24LBS to go, its quite amazing how just making a few changes to a diet really add's up, my aim is 2lbs a week so its a good start and i should be at my desired weight in around 3 months.
we are all still off school/work down here, I feel i've could have done a lot better this week with exercise ive only got in one run, with the weather being so bad but been walking and scrubbing the house thru, hoping that's gotta count for something.
food today is porridge for breckie, light cheese spread and salad sarnie for lunch
tea jacket pot and HM ratatouille,
wishing you all a good day and best of luck to those weighing in today0 -
Hi everyone, didn't get a chance to come on yesterday as I was out and about all day, and working til 11pm. Had a relatively good day yesterday until I took ill. Porridge for brekkie and boiled eggs on toast for lunch. That was it , nothing else, I just couldn't stomach food as I was in agony, so I trotted off to the emergency clinic at the local hospital and I have a UTI!!!! Feeling quite sorry for myself but the upshot is I have very little appetite! Had a roll with scranbled egg this morning with the kids - I like them to get something warm on top of their cereal in this weather, and will be making veggies soup for lunch. Working again tonight and will probably make some sort of pasta dish to take with me.
Have a great day everyone. Good luck to those of you weighing in.

Had yummy grilled lamb and vegetable kebabs with coriander rice for dinner last night, made a dressing of 0% greek youghurt mixed with mint sauce to have with it instead of mayo. :T
Felt a bit muchy while watching tv in the evening but resisted and had 2 big glasses of wter instead.
Am trying to decide what to have for my late breakfast - probably something with eggs.
I will weigh in on Sunday. :cool:0 -
Gosh, you are all doing so well!! tori.k, well done on the 3lb loss, I am so impressed!
I was ok(ish) yesterday, and am well prepared today. Porridge and a boiled egg for breakfast, HM soup for lunch and a stir fry for dinner. I will try to keep snacks to a minimum.
