I can remember weighing myself once and then again half an hour later to find I had gained 2 lbs! Of course I had not really, but I was near to tears.

i have been doing my wii fit and it says to weigh yourself at the same time each day as you fluctuate -+2ilbs a day, it can be so depressing so i am doing it at night and then i have an idea of my true weight, hopefully

I've decided to use a side plate for my main meals - I'm so greedy though, the disappointment when I saw the size of the plate - 'twas smaller than I thought

well i scared my scales by stepping on them this morning. I have my page per day diary all ready (i need to see things on paper). I'm 2lb less than my peak early last year so last year i have lost 2lb (terrible considering i'd lost a stone at one stage).
I'm ready for this challenge, just fixating on food this morning :(

Has anyone got any meal ideas they can suggest? I need lunch and dinner ones, but the dinner ones need to be filling and something that my OH won't immediatley realise is 'diet' food! - oh and cheap!!

That made me laugh but it is a good idea to do use a side plate to help control portion size, one of my downfalls as I often think my portions aren´t that big so over eat..although I am doing something about that and only having big portions of steamed vegetables.

    www.weightwatchers.co.uk/food/index.aspx try a gander at this bramble1

i dont follow weight watchers as a rule but they do have some great non rabbit food recipes :) and there no point soup is lovely, would your other half eat veggie mince? that a good way of cutting alot of cals/fat from spag bol or cottage pie.
cheese is my biggest downfall but found a low fat soft cheese heated up with skimmed milk make's an ok cheese sauce for veg.
I found it was better for me to change the way i cooked food and portion control (in bold to remind me as mine has gone thru the roof) works better then the whole deprivation thing.
