Shelly - Hope you are having a great birthday, :j nowt better than having birthday cash to spend on something stitchy. Flowers are all very well, but they die, whereas a picture can last.

MRSM - YAY!! She looks wonderful.:T Glad you decided to do the 'Orange lady' next, poor thing - sitting doing nothing for 5 years! :rotfl:

    That's the exact one I have....and I LOVE it!!! :j

Seriously - I will never go back to a hoop again, my stitching life is so much easier since I bought that frame last year.

Ps - how are your polar bears coming along?? :)

Thanks, I was hoping you'd say that. It's similar in style to the plastic clip frame I use and that is so easy. Yeah, now I'll be able to sew faster (well in theory anyway :rotfl:)

Polar bears are coming on but very slowly, my hubby says he'll get it framed for my birthday if I can finish it by April. It's given me new motivation lol)
:xmastree:What a splendid idea, this Christmas sounds fun. I fully endorse it, let's try it at once!:xmastree:

Well done MRSM on finishing your UFO :j She looks great!

Now that she's done, do you think she looks like the chart pic?

Just some designs are not as good when they are stitched up and I would hate to start one then find it doesn't look as good as the pic IYKWIM!!

Im done :j-I was hoping I could get it done by Friday but that last chunk was some serious "confetti stitch" (as I now know its called :p) -so Im chuffed to little mintballs that its done earlier.
Right I now know what I need to do... Get snowed in, in Germany! :p

Great work Mrs M! Have you decided how you are going to have her framed?

    Hi All
:j:j:T:T:T:j:j Well done MrsM, wish I could stitch that fast, but 3 kids and working 30hours a week kind of gets in the way:(

    this is my latest update

As you can see the tigers are on hold and I've spent the last 3 weeks doing the orangutan. Hopefully have it finished in a week or two then can finish the tigers.

    Happy stitching everyone
