    Hi everyone:xmassmile

I spent the whole day yesterday on a craft workshop making Christmas things and it was great. I made a patchworky type christmas stocking which needs about half an hours more work on it, a fabric cracker, and a set of 3 fabric covered gift boxes. Had a great day with 2 lovely friends then had a nice takeaway with my hubby when kids had gone to bed.:)

I also did a bit more stitching on a Charlie and Lola card which is a bit easier on the eye than Rocky point then my friend from next door came round and I got her started on a Rudoloph card kit.

You have all been really busy too, some lovely work.

Plan for today is to do some housework, bit of stitching, then sewing group tonight:D

:mad:Fed up and grumpy again cos have done my back in - wasn't even doing anything exciting like rock climbing or parascending, just putting coat hangers in a wardrobe when it went, I screamed, said a few expletives and that was the end of Sunday (10am!).

Am now off work, doped up to the eyeballs in drugs which aren't helping and need to move every 5 minutes or so or I completely seize up.

Did have to laugh though when the doctor examined me and said "you are very lopsided!" - she obviously knows me better than I thought! :rotfl:

Still lopsided - and walking like Mrs Overall in Acorn antiques! Am doing 15 minutes of housework moving around followed by 15 minutes of school work or stitching which involve sitting still, hope fully will be on the mend soon

DH has suggested I do a black labrador as my next project (as we have one) and a miniature schnauzer. Previous stitching I have done have all been kits picked up random shops as I've seen them, not because I've gone hunting them, can someone suggest where would be best for me get reasonably priced kits? Thanks
