Pretty sure stamped pics come with charts. I would probably email the seller just to confirm.
I only ever attempted one stamped pic - it done my head in, don't even know where it is now, probably got skipped when we moved houseCross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. I feel your pain!
I was watching a really nice Thomas Kinkade kit on ebay a while ago, an 'embellished' one and thought that I'd research the price for a brand new kit whilst there were a couple of days left to go just so I knew how high to bid. I thought embellished meant that once you have stitched it you added embellishments...like sequins & beads etc.
Once I googled it I realised it was stamped fabric and you just done a few stitches and that was it! No sequins, beads or anything :rotfl:
When I looked again at the listing it didn't mention at all that it was a stamped kit. I promptly took it off the watch list!
I have never really been tempted by stamped kits. I think I enjoy seeing the picture progress and come alive and know that's it all my own work rather than just stitching over what has already been printed.
Also I have seen completed stamped projects online and most of them you can see the printing around the edges where the print has been slightly off centre.....that would drive me potty! :rotfl::heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
The "embellished" kits I've seen tend to be printed in quite garish colours and don't have the subtle shading and blending that you can achieve by stitching alone.0

I want to stitch the bears but i need to do this monkey by the end of the month for my grandaughter . She will be three and she loves monkeys and with her being deaf she loves things she can look at.
But i tell myself when i've done the monkey i can go back to the bears.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

Putting it away for my mum for Christmas. Will measure it up and keep the sizes in my purse so I can look out for frames when I'm out and about.
