Ooooo my Wimbelbees order just arrived:j

Clover thread cutter, snow glitter aida fabric and the HAED Faery tales chart....40 pages of small font. Wow:eek::D

Will pass to my Dad to run through the photocopier at his work, much quicker.....although he is always embarrassed in case someone sees him with 'wimmens stuff':rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Did yours change from order being picked before it turned up?

How long is 40 pages of pattern going to take? You'll never have to buy another chart again!! How many different threads will you have to buy?

I have no idea - it never let me access the account to check. The only thing that didn't arrive was the pack of needles, which I'm not bothered about, I can get them anywhere.

As for the chart...a few edges are partial pages...I'm thinking about 18 months, assuming it didn't become a UFO. There are 90 colours in it, but I won't need to buy any to start, just top them up as I go along.




My prob now is....I will finish Summer Breeze in the next few days....what to do next - 'Touched by magic' or 'Faery tales'....decisions decisions....:rotfl:

I had cause to sit tending my car for an hour and made sure i had the alphabet with me and sat and figured it out. it's now washed and drying... perhaps with this heat i'll even be able to post it out today! :T

sorry i have no time to chat or catch up still.. i might have to run a 2hr errand for a friend in need. oh well at least the square is a weight off my mind. and only 9 days late on the challenge!

i just look at the standard view of the photo stream then hit copy over the pic i want then paste it into the text box here. couldnt be simpler!

Hope you are all having a lovely day. Just wondered if somone could hlep me at all? I have just finsihed this http://www.xstitchcrafts.com/cross-stitch-kits-humour-c-19_43/caravan-couple-p-952 for some froends framed it and gave it as a pressie. This is the biggest project I have done and could not find my camera software to load a piccie on. I have now been asked if I could stitch their names on underneath the picture, i will do this but have not sticthed any writing before so do not know what stitiches to use or what patttern to stitich in. Could you please help once I have put the names on I will post a piccie for you all to see. The names are Harold & Marion.

What about using one of the free alphabet generators? They let you input some text then print out a chart to stitch. I've not used them myself, but there look to be a few available. Here's the first one I found on Google : http://www.stitchpoint.com/eng/tool/alph/_alphabet_generator.php

WOOHOO!!! finally got it and now cant wait to get started!! No printer here so going to have to work for a bit off the laptop til I can get someone to print it for me or until I find my ruddy printer cable! LOL Thank you again, ever so much!! x
