Sorry I have not done an update this week.

My mum got taken into hospital on Tuesday - still there now. Been quite worried about her - very bad leg infection - needs antibiotics IV. She had it a few years ago. Can't seem to concentrate on my stitching, coming home from work tired. I can't get down to see her as much as I would like - they live a distance away. Seen her on Saturday for a bit. Will try and post the tiny bit I did later on today.

Sorry to hear about your mum, it's such a worry when they don't live within easy reach. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

No stitching here over the weekend either, though quite abit of looking at kits on ebay (no buying though)

I did a bit of stitching over the weekend in spite of my cold.

i was bad...... and bought a double popcorn kit NEW for less then £5 inc. delivery. and 4 stitch unpickers (£2.99) one for each place i may try and hunt for one!!

did make about £50 in sales tho so justifiable.

Evening ladies,

Well the wedding couple kit arrived on Friday and I have made a bit of a start so. My May challenge is a go!

I am off work this week so will hopefully make lots of progress

My plans for stitching went totally out the window, we went out for the day instead and today was spent at my sisters then with some visitors, been spoiled to compensate being another year older lol.

Hope everyone else is getting on with their challenges better than I am!!
