Still no stitching here - have got a rainbow of threads spread out on kitchen worktops (on paper to keep them clean) and mid-cutting for all the lovely quilt stitchers.

Am never, ever going to complain about any kit that someone has put together again!

    Hi everyone.

I need your help please. I'm looking for a chart of Incy Wincy Spider. I work in a special school and I want to do a cross stitch for each of the leavers in our class, 3 altogether. I've found a fairy number one for the girl who's leaving. One of the boy's favourite song is Incy Wincy so I'd love to do that for him if I can find a chart. Haven't decided a subject for the 3rd yet, but may be asking for help with that at a later date.

    thank you for your help.

Thanks everyone. The design was the free cover kit from World of Cross Stitching magazine issue 151. These are quite often available on ebay if you want one.
I'm afraid the scanner on my printer has never worked so I can't scan it in for you, sorry, but maybe you can find one for 99p.

I'm positive I have that kit stashed away upstairs, I can scan and email it tomorrow if you want it skoobie?

Couldn't find anything when googling 'incy wincy spider cross stitch' but for just 'spider cross stitch' I found only 1 that you could perhaps modify by adding words....

When searching for a spider chart for Judellie I came across 2 sites that offer free download charts. You have to register to be able to access the free downloads but apparently it's all free with no obligation (have seen some sites before that allow first download for free then you have to pay for further charts, hope these don't turn out the same!)

    Here they are....

http://www.freepatterns.com/list.html?cat_id=6 This is a general craft site.

http://www.cross-stitch-board.com/forum/cmps_index.php This one is a forum with a freebies section.

As I haven't yet registered I can't view the charts to see if they are any good but as we all have such wide and varied tastes I'm sure there will something for everyone :)

As a little off topic note....I received my Yankee Candle yesterday. Didn't have it in my hands for more than 30 seconds before I dropped it on the tiled kitchen floor and smashed it to pieces
I am so clumsy it's unreal!! Luckily it was just the jar that had smashed, the candle part is ok. I was going to modify the candle shape and wedge it in a pyrex glass jug, not very attractive to sit on the coffee table I know but I didn't want to waste the candle just for lack of a jar.
Hubby then found a ceramic pot that used to have an orchid in it, perfect size and fit!

Louise - That would be great if you could, I've been looking for a cute motif like that for a while.

Am a bit miserable today as it turns out we may have to move soon from the place we just moved in to  Just as we'd got settled there too! Don't know if I'm more upset or angry!

Maybe my wedding sampler will turn up and make me feel better.

Anyway, hope all your days are going better than mine. :(
