ooooh louise i can't wait to see it.

Spiral glad it got to you okay and they were useful.

Ruth honey those calendar bears are gorgeous is it a kit ? I wouldn't mind stitching something like that.

Yes, it's a kit by design works. It was bought about 11 years ago though, so no longer available. I did find one on ebay, though. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Brand-New-Design-Works-Calendar-Bear-Cross-Stitch-Kit_W0QQitemZ380218016098QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Crafts_CrossStitch_RL?hash=item5886c28162
I think I paid almost £30 for mine, so it's a good price on Ebay. I've got a feeling my chart was in a very poor condition, but I have no idea where the UFO is anyway.

Don't suppose anyone has ever made a cross stitch chart for Sunderland footy club or know someone who has? Been working on a 1970's Black cats badge for weeks and I need the cross stitch done in 2 weeks... but I can't get it exactly right

....I want it to be too perfect I think lol

I looked on the net and can't find a chart anywhere lol

    It's here

I can change the words and the cat eyes no problem but it's the outsides lol

I'm crud at things if they 'matter', I don't have much time and they have to be symmetrical.... I go to pieces lol...

    :o

I need half cross stitches in there but when I put them in it looks worse so I go back to this again

    Help Help Help lol

    Hope you enjoy stitching it.

Was plannign a nice day out in the park but Adam hs just thrown up all over me at the end of the church service this morning, has a temperature and has gone back to bed so housework and stitching it is instead. He hasn't even had a mouthful of choccy egg yet :(

I finished stitching the tulip kit last night! :j

It took a lot longer than I expected, but I'm happy with the result.

My few days away with a friend were ok. Glad to get home, though. She snores SO loudly! We visited Wye needlecraft in Bakewell, The Black Sheep near Warrington and The Nimble Thimble near Oswestry. Didn't buy anything in Wye, but the Black Sheep had some ex display stitched models for sale, which were lovely. I bought a lovely wolf design for £14.99 and a frog 'Think Green' framed pic for a friend for £3.99 (pics below). In the Nimble Thimble I bought a Dolly Mamas kit (Best Stressed) and a Lizzie Kate chart (Don't Get Your Tinsel In A Tangle).
