Not getting much sewing or even knitting done today...have to tidy DS1's room tonight...I have been using it as a crafting dumping ground the last couple of...and he is home next weekend...so I hade better get a move on!

Had to giggle at your post, I thought it was just me with the middle finger hurting like mad after sewing! I'd convinced myself I was sewing wrong or something, so I'd just have to put up with it. I can feel a nosy on ebay coming up! Thanks for the tip, I'd have never known where to buy rubber thimbles from.
If I hadn't used them at work I wouldn't have known they existed! I really want them to hurry up and come now because I done some stitching yesterday but didn't really enjoy it because I was just waiting for the pain to come everytime I pushed the needle through from the back
When looking on ebay search for thimblettes, this is apparently their proper name. I got much better hits/deals when using the word thimblettes rather than rubber thimble.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
