Just phoned as my order status hadn't been updated and everything I ordered is out of stock. Really angry as no one had bothered to let me know and it was all stuff I really wanted.
Am writing a complaint letter this afternoon.

I think they should concentrate on honouring the orders they have, communicating with what's left of their customers and improving their online stock control system.... rather than reducing further items they probably don't even have.

I'm still furious with them, and I think it's a total disgrace they are not more concerned they are letting down so many people. The whole attitude seems to be 'it's a sale, that's what happens'.

I could of got my items instore the other day but I thought I would wait for my order to arrive but I should of just bought them instore when I saw them.waste of time again

I don't understand it. Nothing is happening with my first order placed before midnight on 24th, yet the smaller order of wrapping paper etc placed after midnight on 25th has been despatched. Its as if they want the seasonal stuff to go yet hang onto the other bits.

I spoke too soon! Just had an e-mail to let me know items are no longer available. If they were in the first place!!!

Same here - nothing happened to my order which was placed b4 midnight on Xmas Eve. This included christmas items, pjs,. Didn't place an order after midnight. I have cancelled most items on my order now.

Was concerned after reading all the stories on here. However all 4 menswear items ordered 9am Xmas day have now been despatched today. The original despatch date was due to be 4 Jan 2010.

Sorry to all you guys who will not receive your items - very frustrating.

Again i am very sorry to everyone who will not be receiveing their items. I personally have never had a problem with it but i know how frustrating it is when other companies mess me around. I have had an e-mail that all my items have been despatched and i ordered Christmas day night. Again sorry to all others.
