I ordered on Christmas Day and got a despatched email yesterday for the whole lot.
It just looks a bit strange on screen I ordered 10 items and it seems to be coming in 3 parcels 1 Royal Mail and 2 by home delivery network. I've clicked on the tracking numbers and they've got the parcels do they send out in 3 parcels on the same day??

Have just had a conversation with someone at M&S Executive Office and am even more annoyed than I was before. Very much a case of 'sorry but I can't do anything - bad luck'. He didn't even ask to look at my order to see if there was anything he could do. Next stop Stuart Rose!

Hiya yes i have known most companies to do it, as its for security reasons it says, i think chances of all 3 bring lost is less than one so they split them so get most if not all all your stuff if makes sence

There is a seperate thread on this, but just in case you havent seen it on this one, there is an online exclusive extra 30% discount from today. In some places it says 'selected sale items', elsewhere it says on 'all sale items'.

Probably no consolation, and it looks like my orders are all OOS too (placed at 00.17 Xmas morning, still not despatched, delivery estimate is tomorrow), but one year I phoned up to chase, and was told everything was out of stock - I was furious, complained and got a £10 credit to the account. Which was about enough to buy one pack of tights for DD, whereas I'd originally had all her winter clothes ordered in the sale! But anyway, about a week later, all my sale order turned up

So I generally don't believe anything their CS tells me :rotfl:

Maybe they work their way down the list and serve the customers that placed their orders last get dispatched first?!

I am getting worried now too, I placed my order a few minutes into christmas day and got my confimation e-mail straight away with a delivery estimate of 30th Dec. Checkling online today, it hadn't even been despatched yet so I phoned them up and was told "everything looks fine" and my order was ready to be despatched "soon".
After reading everyone else's experiences on here, I am not getting my hopes up. Good luck to everyone else still waiting, hope you all get your full orders

I know in the past I have bought chidren's toys and other gift items in the sale in store but I can't see anything like this online. Does anybody know if they will have a sale later on for items like this or are they already reduced in store? I must confess I haven't made it anywhere near the sales which is disappointing but good for the bank account I suppose!

i dont understand why the first available date for nominated delivery was the 4th January!
