M&S Online Sale has started!

I lost loads of things that were in my basket last night trying to fathom out how to get delivery to store. In the end I paid the £3.50 because I found a bit that said sale items can't be delivered to store. Wish I'd read that first cos the lovely fuschia towels in my basket for £1.50 (extra large bath size too) were gone from my basket when I went to checkout.

The last time I posted about problems with the M&S sale another poster said I was whining and must have ordered late, but here goes........

Just to warn anyone else whose orders are not yet showing as dispatched:
I had a confirmation email at 11.40 on 24th, but the order is still showing as 'received' only. I have just spoken to CS, and I am not going to get a single item as they all are now out of stock. I chose only items that were showing as 10 or more in stock. So make no assumptions.

I have been given a credit and an apology, but have finally come to my senses and will never order from them online again.

And to those of you who like me have been consistently let down by them in the past, and had the presence of mind to ignore this sale, you may now say in chorus 'Told you so!'.

It's absolutely pathetic that an organisation of that size cannot get its act together.

Now becoming worried. I placed a large order on Christmas Eve that is showing as 'not yet dispatched'. Does this mean I am not getting my stuff? I will be very annoyed as I stayed up late to do this!

I ordered on the 24th and had a dispatched email yesterday. I only ordered three items of kids clothes and am getting everything. As far as I'm concerned : well done M&S!

Ring CS (0845 609 0200). You may be lucky, but it's worth finding out. I too stayed up to place a large order.

I ordered Christmas Eve into Christmas Day and received an email yesterday advising me that my order had been despatched.

Two of my three have already dispatched and the third one (the biggest) is marked for dispatching soon, so I guess we will just have to wait and see!

Have to say that I ordered 3 hampers in the sale before Christmas and they were all delivered with no problems at all :j

Just on the phone to M&S. Looks like you were right about M&S. Only two of my items were due to be sent out - non sale stuff! They are now transferring me to customer services but I suppose if the stock is gone there's nothing much they can do.

I placed an order Christmas Day morning and received an email yesterday to say that it has been dispatched,nothing out of stock.Maybe I have been lucky,but I generally order online in M&S sales and I have always received everything I have ordered so I am very happy with M&S,never had any problems with them.
