    Got my order through today, yeah! Though I was lucky I did, because the delivery firm they use did the same as last time, and left it in a 'secure place outside' which was basically simply outside the front door, in the rain, where anybody could have nicked it! Anyway, the cashmere pj tops are lovely, though was disappointed that the other cashmere jumper said 'new longer length', which wasn't advertised like that on the website. As I'm not that tall, it's closer to a dress than a jumper on me! But actually will be OK with a belt. Hope everyone's parcel arrives (safely and dry!) soon.

    What do they do about the postage charge? You can swallow it if its on a large order but if its applied on an order consisting of cheap wrapping paper as the other bits are out of stock I'll be fuming!
  • I checked the sale out online and then went into the branch and tried it on....I got a lovely leather jacket and a pair of pj's for my little one, I couldnt have justified the postage....

    Great bargains though.

    Just checked my order and items have been knocked off my pending order. Nothing to say where they've gone or why. I think I'll just go to bed next year and forget M&S!!!

    We are really sorry to let you know that 1 or more of the items you ordered are no longer available.

    Now there's a surprise!

    Having been told by CS that there was no hope of getting anything at all, I am now being bombarded with 'item delayed' and 'item not available' emails about each individual thing, while the whole order now shows as 'ready to despatch' for delivery in 3 weeks. Just when I thought they couldn't get any more disorganised........
  • Not that this will suprise anyone but I to have had items cancelled. First thing that happened was got the delay email and some items said they wouldnt arrive until feb. Well got a cancellation email on some wrapping paper, now got a cancellation on 3 sets of knickers but yet there still sending the matching bras. Whats really annoying is only yesterday they had these items supposidly in stock and now there saying there cancelled.

    Some the Christmas tags that say wont arrive until late January are still in stock...so why the hell are they not sending them.

    Really annoyed and even more so as was in Marks yesterday but didnt get any Christmas wrapping paper as I thought it was already ordered.

    Oh and also the items just cancelled were in the section dispatching soon, so even if it says that they still cancel. I also ordered these items Christmas eve as it all went live.

    I've just received the same email for some mugs I ordered- literally five minutes after my first order which had been dispatched. The items which are no longer in stock have just been put back on the website in stock at sale price. I might order them again and see what happpens. My husband thinks I'm mad!

    Re-ordering them is a really entertaining idea, but keep a close eye on how much money they take. I did not receive an entire order last time, but they took full payment, and getting a refund was tedious. You are right to wonder why I went through the whole process again this time!
  • Wow it seems that there are always probs with the m and s sale, Hope everyone gets their orders sorted. Fingers crossed my order placed just after midnight on xmas day has been despatched in full, but I won't believe it until I see it!

    Ok I believe it, my order arrived today!
