As I've been overcharged a fair few times in the last two weeks I have decided that I will donate £25 to Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Mr. T. has been generous to me, so I am just speading some of this generosity.

    That's a really nice hing to do:T :T :T :T :A :A :A

Possible misprice in my store had no courage to self scan as overlooked by hawks. PS2 bundle deal with singing game £119.97 on white sel, £119.98 on larger label. Both barcodes read 00 at the end so no idea what it scans at if anyone can help.
Also ps2 game sonic mega collections stickered £13.97 used to scan at £14.97 has anyone tried this lately.
    Thanks.

@ mandy_moo_1; Have you noticed all the SEL's on the Meat Section in the Redcar Store have been cut in halve to remove the prices?

I wonder if you had really upset them??

Yep, i noticed that yesterday when i went last night!! The woman with the dark hair who puts the meat on the shelves was giving me filthy looks when i was stood at the CS desk, cos she got called over and was told to 'get it sorted before the whole of Redcar gets our meat for nothing'.....i wouldn't care, i've only managed to find 4 R&R's...granted they've all been meat cos i haven't found anything else, but nothing more than £20.
i must just have one of those faces people recognise!! gonna change my avatar if i can figure out how to!

    Hi

I had a look in my local Tesco Extra store and they are not advertising this offer. Only 3 DVDs for £18 - not the latest ones.

A new one on me in one of my local stores today was being told that I would only get R&R on one of each product I bought. I had 4 bars of Green & Black's Organic Chocolate with an out of date SEL of £1.19, but charged £1.49 and 2 bottles of Alfa One Rice Bran Oil (which I got from there before, but the SEL had not been removed) with an out of date SEL of £1.49, but charged £2.49. Anyway, the customer services lady said I could buy the remainder at the reduced price or have a refund. I wasn't in the mood to argue, especially as I've had over £60 worth of free groceries from various stores over the last week and it was pretty obvious we both knew what was going on.

One thing I did notice was that they still had some out of date signs up for the 2 for £16 cases of beer. Obviously this is no big deal, as most of these offers have been continued in another 2 for £16 deal. However, I noticed that Budweiser 20 x 300ml was crossed out on one of the signs but not on the others. Therefore I'd be interested to know if anyone can confirm whether or not Budweiser will go through at 2 for £16, since if it doesn't this looks a straightforward R&R.

I also saw the Braun Multiquick MR 4050 HC Hand Blender with an in date Yellow SEL saying clearance reduced to £24.97, but also another white SEL for £29.97. I couldn't check on this, as they don't have a scanner in this particular store, but it might be worth looking out for.

Surely they can't do this to you? not when their policy is there in great big letters at the desk?

    The policy states:

"And if things don't add up ~ In the unlikely event you are charged a higher price than on the shelf or the product we will refund your money and you can keep the product"

Technically, the Customer Service lady could argue she was sticking to this policy, as for each item I did get my money back and retained the product. She just wouldn't do it for multiple items. I know she was interpreting the policy incorrectly, but generally we're all pretty laid back in Devon and I didn't want to get into this kind of argument on such a beautiful day.

I think CS lady has your card marked, she was trying it on and would eventually have backed down if you pushed it, but I respect your wish not to. Have to say I've yet to deal with the same CS bod in any of my R&R's. The probable reason being I have 5 stores I use and tend to vary the time of my visits. 24hr Tescos are a real boon when it comes to implementing this tactic. Lol.
I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!
