I have also been scammed by these companies. i thought it was just a one off payment of $3.87 for myeverbritesmile. When i checked my bank statement today they have taken out a futher $87.47! I rang my bank & stopped my card. They said i could keep the trail pack & they would refund me $20, or to send it back & i would get my money back.
I suppose i haven't got anything to loose by sending it back but wondered if i will actually be refunded?!
i have also had a payment of IBUILDWEATH of $40, does anyone know if this is Teethwhitemax?

I got taken by the double whammy whitener scam , have received refunds for clean whites their customer services do answer and have complied, as for everbright smiles i have tried to contact them on the website numbers, no answer ,then tonight i checked my bank statement and there was a telephone number beside their transaction id berber hills which is : 001 281 962 4928 ,phoned it and the recorded message says they have ceased trading ,and all jan,feb monies taken will be refunded in 3 days, who knows, whats going on ,hope it happens. I couldnt cancel my current acount and debit card because the bank could not guarantee giving me a new current account, as a new credit check would have to be carried out .

There must be thousands scammed by now by these people.

This suggestion won't help get money refunded but, it may help to bring them down.

Everytime you see the banner ad at the top of a site, report it to their ISP.

Digital spy (SKY) carries their ad, report them. Cut off their oxygen.

I have seen these adds in many places, including competition and offer sites and I am so glad I never took any of them up. I'm truly sorry for all of you who have been hit with these scams and I'd say it might be cheaper to go to a local dentist (expensive, but still cheaper in time/effort/hassle) and ask their advice. The dental hygeinists there do give reasonable advice on market products and can discuss options.

I'm seeing my dentist in the next month and I may mention it then and see what they suggest. At least if my dentist stuffs up, I know who I can complain to!

I hope no-one has any more money taken from them and that these scamming companies are hauled up in courts world-wide for the stress and distress they have caused customers!

Interesting as the phone message says for more info see their website but the website was unchanged last night and it's seemed still possible to order and they are also still advertising via incentaclick (CX Digital Media Affiliate Network). However today the website (everbrightsmiles.com) seems to be down? But the website myeverbritesmile.com is still up and running and taking orders! So much for their claim to have ceased trading. The number above appears to be in Houston, Texas, USA which matches the info the BBB has on them:
