Well thank you very much! I find your post quite offensive. I am ashamed to admit I nearly got sucked into this one and I go out of my way to post my experience (PLUS their contact number) and you send a reply like that? :mad:0 -

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but I’m assuming that you’re in the UK and I’m assuming that your order for a “free trial” is a recent one.
Although they can continue to try to get payment from a credit card (even if the card is stopped) I don’t see how they can get any from a current account if you empty it, cancel any overdraft facility and close the account. It may be best to do this before you tell the bank anything.
It’s important to cancel the trial as per the T & Cs and also to see if you’ve been signed up for anything you don’t know about. Do this asap.
If you sent for Everbright Smiles offer, you can ring 020 3371 9369 ( UK national rate) (this is just an answering service which will transfer you to the USA). Remember that Texas is 6 hours behind us, so make allowance for their office being open. (That’s the ONLY allowance to give these gangsters).
Ring them and cancel your trial and get an RMA number. Also ask if they’ve signed you up for anything else or passed you card details to any other company. Get telephone numbers if they have, and ring those too. Try to record telephone conversation. Send trial back with some tracking.
If you received your trial recently and it is with Everbright Smiles, are you able to tell me where the package came from please? I have managed to track down the current “innocent”? UK distribution firm (in Wiltshire) and have asked the Director to cease all dealings with these companies. If he’s as genuine as he seems, I hope he will, but I’m trying to find people who can also contact him. He’s been sending this stuff out since early December 2009.
Hope this helps a bit0 -
thankyou,will try all this.0
