Hello again Gem68 and Chartwise,
I have repeatedly emailed Everbright Smiles at care@everbrightsmiles.com as shown as their contact number on their website, but have never had a reply or acknowledgement. Neither did I receive the email promised to confirm my cancellation by telephone.
Is this the email address that you have had success with, please? If not, can you tell me which email address you used so that I can try again?
Also the contact and return address shown in the T&Cs when I ordered was in Houston (Blue Ash Drive) Texas. Is this where you have had to return your trial to?
Many thanks,

I actually called them on 0203 139 9027 - they didn't take long to answer and didn't make any fuss when I wanted to cancel. They will give you a cancellation number (and remember to take the persons name) - you will then, almost instantly, receive the cancellation email.
Might be worth checking your spam folder just in case it is sitting in there.0 -
hi,
i e mailed to :support1@globalcustomersupport.net
telephone: freephone 08082389891

good luck to and thanks again for all the replies to me.
sorry chartwise got accused of being a scammer!though it should be someone else apologising!!0 -
Gem 68 and chartwise, please read.
This is most curious.
I too just telephoned 020 3139 9027 and eventually got through to “Monica”.
When asked, she said that the company she represents is called “Trading Planet Ltd”. I asked her what products this company deals in and she said “Clean White”, “AcaiBerry”? and electric cigarettes!
I asked if they dealt with “Everbright Smiles” and she said that they didn’t but that they were getting a lot of calls for that company.
She said all their order numbers begin with “5” (mine from Everbright does not).
Gem68 and chartwise, are you absolutely sure that you have indeed cancelled with Everbright Smiles?
Also, where were you told to return your free sample to (as part of the condition of cancelling your “agreement” with them?)?
Trading Planet Ltd seems to be a scam company too, but a different one from the Everbright Smiles mob.

To get rid of the clean whites scam I rang 0808 2389891
this seems to be somewhere in the uk and the guy I spoke to was quite rude, he said I would have to pay shipping, wow! 95 pence. he then gave me a cancelation reference number and said he would send me an e mail, ( I haven’t received the e mail yet)
I just hope i have done enough,
my bank has said they will look into it but its up to me to watch my account.
