(I saw Beautiful South once in a live acoustic set at the Jam house... Was fantastic, only about 100 people there!)

I've been inspired glam with your activities with J so have looked again at things me and K can do.
so...
mon- kids rock
tues- mums/tots group
wed- messy play -krystal i'm taking this from you
thurs- dh day off so spend with them both
fri- playtime.
3 of these are approx 20min walk ea way so as long as its not chucking it down will be able to go. even if i go for the 3 months before i go back to work it will be good for us both. and even more so for me...get fit and lose weight even more.
am going to try and go to as many of these as poss.
from april they are doing swimming and rhyme time so hopefully these will be on a day when i'm not working to go.
must also check at the pool what things they do as well.

the old washer needs to be moved first and its bout time he helped round the house
