You can ignore anyone you want! I put stuff on the local classifieds and had a bunch of people just saying, I'll take it. So I ignored them all and gave the stuff to people who at least sent me a polite request.

Edit: I've just given OH the hypothetical situation that it's December and I've pointed out something and said it would be great to have. His response was that he'd expect me to buy it and have no idea that I meant, I'd like this for Christmas, please. Men are silly. Why do they not understand a perfectly reasonable hint?

I think I said something like, "If you're looking for Christmas present ideas, here's a pasta machine on eBay for local collection and it's a really good price. It ends tomorrow so you'll need to decide quick." He didn't get round to thinking about it in time but he did then get me the oven thermometer I asked for.

Yes we often get ones that say Various in the title and then they are listed.
You might want to say you are happy for them to go to one person or happy to split

On ours, some people list each thing individually (easier to do the taken msg then if they don't all go together) but others list them as "Offer: Various Clothes" and list them all in one Don't know if either is against the rules but neither way gets blocked by our moderators

This happened with ours when I dropped it off the arm of the chair it landed on the plug... It pushed the socket into the laptop... We had a ring around and got quotes from £60-£120 to fix it... Hubby took it to somewhere near his work and they fixed the plug but about a million other things are going wrong with it now... We're going to end up having to buy a new one...
