I was invited to my brother's school to give a talk about being a Solicitor. They have the likes of Tony Blair coming to talk at his school, so I was very flattered! I am looking forward to being an involved mummy with Leila's school too, thats if I let her go to school cos the way I feel right now I might want to keep her all to myself forever and ever!:pProud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0 -

Wow! I wish our centres would have websites like that  I can understand why, but unless you actually go in you can't find any info on what's on at all

Thanks MFD and Sami thats exactly what I wanted, I know they could be doing so much more than they do but until I get to the first meeting next monday I don't know if the reason they don't is down to budget constraints or lack of skills or well, it could be anything.MFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £587740

are they the same crumpets you were suposed to not be eating or have I got mixed up?Rhys has just eaten a huge bowl of porridge (ya know, baby huge
). At first I made it too thick so added more milk and cream, then it was too thin so added more porridge.. etc etc. Ended up with a massive portion which I thought he wouldn't even have half of. He troughed the lot and now he's got designs on my crumpets!

:rotfl: I saw that too Sami and decided not to drop elle in it!!
I just picked up my lovely Antony Worral Thompson pepper mill that I was given for Christmas, to grind fresh lovely pepper over my hard boiled egg. And the bottom fell away and peppercorns went everywhere
And because I didn't dust my desk they're all mixed in with dust and fluff and can't just be dropped back in there
There was something I wanted to say but I can't remember what it was after my egg/pepper trauma. So :grouphug: instead.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I got the idea from Weezl's USDA thread that she told me not to bother reading - silly weezlie
aparently you can buy frozen juice concentrate in the US.
yes!! It's sooooo much cheaper than buying full juice, I really miss that. 2 tubes of it would last our family of 4 a week - I think it makes 2 litres for less than $1, so is brill. Don't know why you Brits havne't cordoned on to it yet
Beenie - sandwiches, curry, casserole. Curry can even be the lazy way with just some curry paste, tinned tomatoes & peppers chopped up. But my vote is pork sandwiches with applesauce, yumyumyum!
