Oh dear Beenie looks like you need (((((hugs)))) Get onto your local counsellor/mp. When I was in Aberdeen I was always onto my counsellor about something that they asked me to form a community council and I would get funding etc but I was moving so didn't see the point!!! Nobody should have to live like that just keep on at the council everyday am and pm if it takes it get direct dial numbers for who you need.
And your Ex well yes your right T0sser seems to describe him well!!Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -

BC - Hugs, no you shouldn't have to live like that avoiding going home just to have some peace - speak to the council again and say exactly what you have just said here (with tears too) you never know it might galvanise them into action.
The messages definitely weird.

Yeah that's got to be my next step. Tbh i'm starting to wonder i could use this to help me get moved somewhere else with 3 bedrooms. I know it's highly unlikely but i really do feel like it's making me ill. And all the delay of them monitoring, well i'm already depressed and doc said i'm at risk of it developing into pnd i just know this 24hr stress is pushing me further and further into a black hole. Not to mention my ex and my warped family. I am on the wrong side of everyone at the minute i'm starting to question it lol.
Ex isn't coming this weekend, to see his 4wk old daughter for the very first time. Not a good time apparently. I didn't even ask for an excuse. I just wondered why i was even prepared to give him an undeserved chance to let us down yet again. Still reckons he loves me though:rolleyes:. I think he loves the life more. He has nothing where he is, but here he gets to pretend he's a grown up and not sit in his room all night like a 12year old.0 -

MM - It's a count down song it's starts of with 5 then 4 etc it's on one of Katie's Nursery Rhyme CD's. It's also done at swimming they sit on the mat, which is spun round then the all jump into the water at the end - it's one of her favourites.
It's in my head now.Proud to be dealing with my debts

MDW, does your mum look after DD while you're at work or is she at another childminders?
Becles, I have a question for you please.. (and anyone else who's parents look after their LOs while they work). Did you write down / agree any rules for childcare before your mum started looking after LO?
My mum's been reading the Grandparent Ground Rules and wants me to write some things down so she knows what I do and don't want her to do.. Thought I'd make a start on it soon for the one day a week she's going to start having Rhys  Any thoughts on what I need to include? (has anyone using a childminder done this too maybe... I assume they have some kind of agreement thing already written up?). Tbh, I think mum's been reading too many "grandparent caring gone wrong" horror stories...
She doesn't want paying for it, but I've said I'll always leave money in the change bag for groups/tea and cake/entry fees if they go out for the day, and we intend to put some money aside each week and treat both mum and dad every so often (bargain hotel deals, that kind of thing). She's got money saved (well, Lotto winnings) to pay for a carseat for her car when the time comes.0
