  • Oooh!! Mom's fetching Aimee about 1.. We're going straight to the cinema then on to hers... There's a jolly good chance we could clash there!!!

I've been to the Wing Wah in Oldbury, it was the first ever chinese buffet I've been to... I thought it was ace... We also like Around The World In 80 Dishes in Birmingham, it's a mix of cuisine which is great because hubby doesn't do spicy and I do :D

Be warned - the highchairs there are those stupid kind that babies (or at least my baby) wobble about and then slump down in. We are debating taking the stokke or even the Ikea fab-chair!!

Edit - I am glad that you already know me...it would be wierd meeting you for the first time when I am out at a family party!!

  • Hello :)

my baby just woke up, and although this is going to sound very strange considering he is 7 months, he properly screamed cryed for the first time tonight :(
He settled pretty easily again in a couple of minutes, but I think I felt something on his top gum, so we may have a tooth coming.
I was crying with him, he is such a placid baby and its has really upset me seeing him cry with tears !

  • I think I'm being a bit previous it's 4 months until Katies birthday and I'm already thinking about her birthday party - she's not had one before.

I was thinking of hiring the church hall but her and her friends are a bit little for organised games so I've decided on our local wacky warehouse where they can run riot for an hour or two.

Hugs MM, it's awful when there like that you feel so helpless.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

Hurrah for an apology (is it just me, or does that look a really odd word?!) though :) Is he bucking his ideas up?

  • MDW, when Jasmine was little for her parties we used to hire a room in the leisure centre and they supplied soft play hills and slides etc.. and a bouncy castle, so all I had to do was get the food.

  • good to hear he said sorry. Do things feel weird cuz you havent really accepted it ?? My mum does that, she accepts my dads forced appology, and then still doesnt really talk to him for a few days after !!
If they had gotten married in this generation instead of their own, they would soooo be divorced by now !! lol

Ooh, thanks for the warning, we'll take something with us... When it first opened my Mum and her husband took Aimee in... They ended up having to argue over paying for her seeing as she only ate about 3 noodles and a chunk of jelly lol... (agree with the edit too!)

Scruff, glad you got an apology!

MDW, it's scary isn't it when they start playgroup... Aimee was never keen on hers to start with but she still talks about it fondly even now!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
