Did you see Susan mentioned the DIY will kit from WHSmith earlier? Might be worth looking into as a money saver. I think the solicitor we're using costs £150 but it's free because we're both union members.

    i always worry they're not real ..

Thats the only good thing, that it's free. Once Kezia goes to nursery one day a week I was planning on getting my teeth sorted, just to make them look better, wasn't planning on having one break on me.

    Hope yours is pain free

Bruno, thanks for that link to kidspace earlier, I've just spent most of the day explaining why we can't go there, I even had to look it up on routefinder and show her how far away it is (237miles)

Keely, I so wonder why she has been reported? It's not like she sounds mental or anything...

    Harley, owch! Poor tooth!

Jillie, Amber right now gets baby porridge/cereal from a packet for breakfast, a fruit pot or mashed fruit or veg for lunch and as of tonight I will be introducing a dinner which will be either cottage pie topping from the freezer (mashed tattie, parsnip, butter and cheese), butter nut squash from the freezer, a jar, or a boiled carrot or a tattie from our dinner. I used to keep aside anything that we were having that the baby could have, and put it in the freezer in a tub (the avent re-usable ones) for when we were having something not suitable. Personally, I don't think you have to buy organic and make specific baby foods (its good to have some though), once you get used to it, its easy to just whip something up. Oh and I don't use a blender except for roasted veg pasta sauces, I just mash with a fork, or a masher.
  • Good afternoon ladies!

I have had a productive day cleaning and tidying and I have managed to catch up since last night - bonus!!

MIL is coming later to look after the boys so DH and I can go out for a bit. She is bringing my 2 nephews with her so we will go and meet BIL and SIL for a drink or 2. The house is going to be chaos!! Not sure whether to put Benjamin to bed before they get here at 7.30pm or whether to leave MIL to put him down whilst coping with the 3 bigguns as well  Decisions, decisions!!

    Hi Squishy!!

Welcome back Susan, I have missed you. xx

    Well done Seth.

Big Hugs to those that need them and  at Keelys neighbour.

Ooo - and nice new avvys Fitzio and Maz....and Keely??
