She's already responded saying she's venting by email rather than shout at him and he seems quite cheerful...!
He usually goes to bed around 8 but not a very fixed time, we've tried to wait til he shows good signs of tiredness but he is getting better recently at going to sleep when we put him down even if not 'fully ready'. Finally. !0 -

Sorry, indulgent post.
Big traffic jam outside so I looked out after the second ambulance passed by and just a little up the road, there is a bas sitting with ambulances, police, fire brigade. DH is a bus driver, who drives past the house several times a day and usually about this time.
he still hasn't replied back but neighbour went up for a nosey and hasn't seen DH. A corsa has pulled out infront of the bus, 1 ambulance has already sped away hospitalwards. Corsa is a right off and bus is empty. Looks very bad. So I'll be a little shakey till Dh texts or calls back.0 -

Tia can you ring the Depot? I guess DH won't know about the accident and so won't think to call you and he can't call you while driving anyway can he, try not to panic

Tia, I dont blame you for being worried! But if it was up the road outside the house would he have had time to call in if it was him perhaps?
Also, if he doesnt pop in, call or text, its probably due to him being stuck in that traffic jam behind it allMummy to

:grouphug: Tia - I'm sure your DH is fine and someone would have called you if there was a problem with him, but keep us updated, won't you?
Bruno, that sounds like a good response. Husband and I can get very snappy with each other when Molly's being a handful because we have a lot of irritation simmering away and it can't be directed at her. It sounds like your OH is the same way, which I think is quite a healthy thing. But at the same time, if she's getting to the end of her tether every day and then has to deal with bedtime as well something's going to have to change to help her manage. It can't be easy for either of you :grouphug:Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Bruno that sounds kinda good to vent at you rather than E. Maybe she could say that in her emails when that's her strategy, if it worries you when she doesn't. (it would worry me a bit in your shoes cos I'd feel powerless and far away and worried if E was ok-not that you wouldn't trust her, but you know what I mean!)
Back to my graphs after that interesting MSE interlude (I am on a snow day working from home)

Oh Tia I hope you hear something soon. I was trying to phone DH the other day in the snow and it took ages to get a good signal, I'm assuming due to the weather.
Well Caitlyn had a 'soldier' of a philadelphia sandwich for her dinner, followed by a petit filous (sp) which she LOVED. Wasn't impressed when DH's friend came round last night with a Milky Bar for her which he promptly opened and put in her hand! Why do people do that?! Never even ask if it's ok or not!Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -
Tia, hope you hear from DH soon. Horrid to not know if he's safe
