SM, have you posted on DFW to see if that (very good!) lot can spot any way you can get any bills down further? Have you seen that new budgeting tool doodaa they're trialing too?

As I said earlier, she admitted her 'crime' and she has said she will pay half of it back and the other half she will 'earn' back (Good idea SugarSpun).

She'll pay the 50% back over time (£42) and after a few tears when I was disappointed in her, she promised not to do it again and I said i'd leave it at that.

She has also been grounded for a week and her own mobile phone is not to be used when she is at home until the weekend (so no texting her friends)

That may sound soft to some, but it's what we have done. Lucy spoke to her and they had a good chat and Lucy earnt some brownie points by being her gentle wonderful self.

elle i lurk in the DWF board as i posted when i was first pregnant with jayden and i didnt like the response (one including if i cant afford another child then may i should get rid :eek:) so i just use the tools and take in any advice x

Ah i see now MM thanks for explaining, i like long winded replies lol. I hope he keeps progressing so well with it it's good that it's helping so much, v..clever.

Am gonna go back to lurking for tonight cos on my phone in bed feeding Amber and it's slow!
