Day 5 in the Poorly MFD House...

Benjamin is mostly better, although is still having nappy and vest escaping poopies _pale_

Hubby is still keeping the bug at bay despite having several symptoms and is being a rock helping with feeding and cleaning the poorly-sick :(

DSS was banned from visiting and nobody has left the house for 4 days to contain the germs.

MFD has been too poorly to switch on the lappy  and has had projectile fluids from every orifice _pale__pale__pale_

    V. v. v. poorly

Hope everyone else is better than me.

    Happy New Year.

    MFD xxx

Ahhh get well soon MFD and LO too.

Hi :o promised myself I wouldn't login but bored stuck under a feeding baby. I've been left at the chalet with the boys, I'm feeling very grumpy, lack of sleep and a long journey have left me finding fault with everything and therefore more grumpy

:hello:Sami - where has everyone else gone

Krystal and CSH, they dont remove tonsils anymore cuz its been proven that tonsilitis is actually in the soft tissue and not the tonsils, so you can def still get it even though you dont have them !!

I have had about 3 hours sleep, the !!!!!h0les behind us decided that 6am was the best time to finish their louder than loud party at !! The police were out with them about 3ish, but it didnt stop them :(

  • Thanks 3 and Mel, and tss and Elle and MM!

I feel much better today but only time will tell. I have just had a bowl of cornflakes, I will give it an hour.

We got our fireguard from Argos Mel, it does the job and is adjustable. It does only give them something to climb up though

  • Or MFD poor you :( Izzy had that a few weeks ago, but luckily I avoided it - be warned, it took her ages to get her appatite back.

Sami, I hope things improve - can you get someone else to entertain the boys for an hour later so you can get your head down?

  • Luckily Benjamin has been fine other than the vile nappies. He seems cheerful enough and is eating okay.

I do wonder if it might be my milk that is making his nappies bad though? Does anybody know if it is 'safe' to feed when mummy is poorly?
