SM - I just remembered, we had an 'old' CT debt that must have been about 3yrs old and they set me up on an arrangement with a payment card that I could use in the PO to pay £5pw!!! We only paid it off last year. I think the debt was about £450(ish)

Haven't read past this post yet:p

as long as i show im willing to pay they'll help me but to be honest the sooner i can get rid the better x
    :)Still searching .....:)

Buttons how come you don't get points for overcrowding?

You need to paint a black eye on yourself and say your OH is battering you, my sister did that and got herself a nice 3 bed semi  Nice for some eh?

Harley i have no idea what coldness means, sorry!

Because I'm not overcrowded :rotfl: Me, OH and Keira in a 2 bed flat.

I'd have to pop a few more sprogs out to get moved

Choppy, Rose wont go to sleep in her cot during the day either ( well ive had one or two times when she has but not many). We have a corner sofa so she has a 'v' cushion and i lay her in the corner with a blanket and she goes off okay. She doesnt sleep that great during the day but she sleeps well at night so i cant complain. You could try something like this x
Is Rose grumpy when she doesn't sleep in the day? If Caitlin wasn't tired and grumpy, I wouldn't mind her staying awake but I know she needs to sleep! Just 20 mins this afternoon would have done her the world of good.

We haven't got a corner sofa, but I'll try her on the sofa if I can't crack the cot, thank you,

just an update before i head to bed, i called HV and she came out as i was upset, she talked me through it all and was very worried and called the police. HV was an angel cleaned up, fed kids and put dishwasher on then she sat with kids while police went through everything. they were talking about searching my house etc etc just as they were about to start my phone went and it was him, he was told to come back and report to the local station. he has been back and i dont think he realised that he had done anything wrong, im all confused and cant understand why he done this and he cannot answer me just said it was a good idea at the time? he is away to the hotel again as i got myself into a state and couldnt talk to him. my head hurts with crying so much and i just feel alone, im going to speak to MIL about taking the kids for a few days i need time to sort myself out and at the moment i just dont have it in me

((hugs)) Caz. What a nightmare :( What a lovely HV you have though.
Poor Izzy was sick last night, so had to get my Mum to look after her today. She was a lot more cheery when I got home from work, and seems to have a good day, and has eaten her fill of biccies and bananas (but not a lot else!)

i hope everyone else is ok :)

I hope Izzy is OK and that the biccies and bananas have helped her on the way to recovery :D

oh dear - I always draw the blind & the curtain when J goes to sleep during the day :o If it's not dark he won't go down!

I differiantiate (I so know I've spelt that wrong!) day and night cos day he just goes down no fuss from me, night time - bath, massage, story (usually J & The Beanstalk! :)), bottle in our room, a cuddle then bed.

He has gone down now thanks.

I think he drank too much pool water today cos he's been a bit sick this afternoon!

Right, I said I was going to bed at 10pm. Still got bottles & lunchbox to do :o

Harley - I forgot to reply to you, probably because I don't know the answer. If you are worried go to A&E - please do not Google anything!
My thermometer was playing up and said Jack was 33 degrees - he obviously wasn't. Have you checked your own temp in case it is the thermometer?

    Hi, thanks Glam.

Yes my temp is 36.4 so neither of us are ever very hot.

I've had her dressed, wrapped in a blanket and on my chest and she was 35. Put her on floor and went up to 35.1 now 35.4 so we are heading in the right direction. She's asleep now so I'll pop her in her sleeping bag in a min and see if she wakes up for another feed. Everything else is fine, not used to her sleeping this early though. Maybe she's fighting off a cold or something, she has been sneezing a bit for a couple of days.

33 deg must have stopped your heart to begin with, at least it was low enough that you knew it was the batteries, mine is pretty new so I can't blame that.

  • Ta Choppy. My Dad has come down with it now too. After Izzy's party last weekend Izzy, DH, his parents and one of her friends have all been poorly. Her friend ended up going off to hospital with it :(

Caz, I've missed your adventures over the past few days, but i'm glad you are getting support from your HV, she sounds fab. I think you are right, she will be in a position to help you get an appointment.
