Right, I'm going to attempt bed.. no more comfy but will make the effort  Combination of the non-rash and a very painful lumpy left boob (TMI?
)
Doc said non-rash could be shingles, could be nothing, just got to wait and see but if it does turn out to be shingles he wouldn't give me anything for it and, most importantly, isn't worried about Rhys either (any baby over a month is fair game for chicken pox, apparently!). He went on to then ask me lots of questions about Rhys and the confusing letters the hospital consultant sends to him (they sound like she's asking for his opinion but he, by his own admission, has no idea at all!).
Hope you two get some sleep soon! xx0 -
You wild night-time posters! Hope you've all at last dropped off for a few hours at least...
Elijah decided to wake at 4.30, having a quick wail then lengthy ongoing babblings to himself. Ignored him as long as possible, but at 5.15 he started banging his cot into the wall and I went and got him and tried sticking him in bed with OH for a BF. That didn't work and he was still very wide awake so I reluctantly got up with him.
A few minutes later OH got up to have a shouty rant about how he is not normal and !!!!!! is he doing waking up this early and he must have some mental disorder and she hates him. Would rather only deal with one set of tantrums at 5.30 so I told her to shut up and go back to sleep.

Morning all. We've been up since 5:30 too Bruno, you are not alone. S'good innit.lady - how are you getting on with Izzy's sleeping?
any more jobs you've seen that you fancy?
Hiya - we were doing really well till she got ill - now she keeps waking up in the night and waking up early. I had a few nights of having to feed her in the night, as she was eating so badly in the day she has been starving (also the reason she is waking so early I think). Hopefuly we can get things sorted again when she is feeling a bit better. I need to go to bed earlier to make up for waking up so early, then use my early morning time to actually do something useful. It's not going to happen though is it?MadDogWoman wrote: »I have another decision to make before morning - whether to chance work or not.
TMI Warning
The stomach cramps have stopped, the headache has almost gone but all food is just going straight through - but I feel fine - plus I'm not getting paid and really can't afford another day off.
Off for a shower and bed to see if I can make a decision.
I'll finish my database tomorrow - it's not helped the head/neck ache.
Oh poor you. See how you are in the morning, but if you are still having symptoms then you are probably still contagious. Don't know how closely you work with other people, but that might be something to take into consideration. (Unless it is due to something not catching - I didn't read back that far
).
Harley how did you get on last night in the end?

Morning.
Quick update, she seems ok. Not got to taking her temperature yet, 3am - forehead felt bit cool, seems warmer this morning. Can hear movement so going up to get her and give her some brekkie then do her temp again.
Thanks all for keeping me company whilst I panic'd (still can't see how to spell that right) last night. Hope to be back later and fingers crossed she is well enough for baby massage at lunchtime.

Harley - panicked
We've just had breakfast so off to get ready for school - got my Asda delivery coming between 11-1 so we'll be having chicken in smartprice curry sauce for tea with Lidl Naan bread! We had the Homepride curry sauce last week and I'm sure it tastes exactly the same as Smartprice!

Morning
I've got cold again and the pain in my sinuses is unreal
Charlotte has caught cold and she's not herself and being all twisty and horrid.
Had an awful day yesterday. James came in from school upset because one of the teachers at school was pregnant and due early June, but she went into labour and gave birth to a still born girl over the weekend. I used to help out in her classes and she's a lovely lady and was so excited about the baby. I feel so sorry for her.
Then Josh came in upset as one of the girls in his tutor group is in hospital for taking a paracetamol overdose. He's got no idea why as she seemed fine in school last week.
Just staying home today and tomorrow and seeing if we can rest and get rid of the bugs. We're getting the bathroom window replaced on Friday and they are making it bigger, so we don't want to be unwell when it'll be cold and they'll be using drills and stuff. Here I go again on my own....0 -

Basically the expert said get all you need from cows milk and the C&G thing about drinking 20L of CM is if child not on a balanced diet - try and watch it on Iplayer it was good

Hey Bruno your LO is normal, Henry sometimes wakes at 5.30 today it was 5.45 as he heard William crying.. plus he was partly awake when I had to feed William at 2.30... my baby only wants to go 3½ hours between feeds - greedy boy...
Going to go into work on Thursday and show him off but that means I must make courgette cake before then otherwise they will kill me. Need to dig out Jamie Feed family for a fiver recipe for meatball casserole for tomorrow - should be very :money:as have reduced price mince from Sainsburys and everything else is in my cupboard or fridge...
Veg already prepped for tonights tea :jMum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
Think perhaps I should stop taking her temp and just go by how she seems.
One ear was 35.7 2 mins later (min time between thermometer uses) other ear was 36.4. The little strip that you put on the forehead is showing btween 36 and 37 (warmer than usual).
She seems happy, fed well, smiling loads, chattering, sucking her thumb and twisting round to watch either me or the tv depending on which catches her attention first.
Going to go to massage later if nothing changes but keep the bits I'm not massaging covered up and then come straight home again. Was going to go shopping but it is nothing that can't wait until tomorrow.
Thank you all for asking after her.
