  • Flippen Eck Caz, you havnt half been through it today. Hopefully your docs has an emergency app that they keep open each day. Could you ask your HV to ring for you? Might be ble to pull a few strings?

sparkle im not sure look for lynne scrafton (not bothered about tellin everyone my name :D) ..

MFD i spoke to 6 people (i actually put the phone down 6 times and started again) and they all said the same thing and it cant be changed as its nearly 3 years old i argued as much as i can (i dont go down without a fight) but this is the best the could offer me (they originally wanted the full amount til i tried again) so im paying as much as i can to prove to them im willing to pay ... philips got £18 of his pay left so hes giving me it so go towards and hes going through his stuff to see what he can part with so i can sell .. hes already given me a xbox controller so an extra £5 there ..

they said if i can pay at least £100 they would help me x

SM - I just remembered, we had an 'old' CT debt that must have been about 3yrs old and they set me up on an arrangement with a payment card that I could use in the PO to pay £5pw!!! We only paid it off last year. I think the debt was about £450(ish)

Haven't read past this post yet:p

Choppy - have you tried popping a muslin over her eyes when you put her down? SOmetimes I have to do this to Jack when he's abit overtired.

Off to sort him out cos he won't go to sleep!

No, I haven't. I suspect it might just maker her more  but I'll definitely try it. Thank you :). I hope Jack goes off soon.

Booger, it was this account, and no sign of a dispatch email, although maybe if I selected not to receive emails I wouldn't get one?
Oh no :( I do receive their emails, so I can't help with that I'm afraid :(

meant to say choppy.... we put K in the cot during the day. I have the room as bright as poss so he knows its not 'nigth sleep time' and this really works. i talk to him more and play his 'piano' which is something he never gets at night.

    dunno if that would help....

try and make the day sleep as dis-similar to night one as poss.
    mum told me this one....

If it's dark in the afternoon, I put the light on so it's brighter and she knows it's daytime. She has a blanket instead of a sleeping bag (she has a sleeping bag at bedtime) and I put some toys in with her (always the same ones and they're kept in her bedroom, so they're "special" toys just for her cot). She doesn't have the toys at night time.

    I think I've just got a stubborn baby :D

If we have number 2 baby, I think we'll start putting him/her in the cot ASAP. Doing a bedtime routine since she was 3 weeks old has worked brilliantly.

Harley, sorry not sure what to suggest. Try to keep her warm and keep and eye on her. How about trying a warm bath, see if that helps.

Caz, sorry to hear everything you have been through in the last few days.
