Great news Feelie:j and brill pic of Toby!
I go to toddler groups 3 times a week and playzone once a week and meet up with a friend with children once a week. I love getting out and LO loves to mix with the other kids. It was a bit daunting at first going to baby groups but now have a new network of friends that I have met there.19.6.10 Weight loss 6lb0 -

GISI, I keep meaning to ask the fairies for your Breastflow bottle...has anyone claimed? Finn hates the TT CTN nipples but loves his Breastflow one.
SM, hugs for you. I think a lot of us have been there, wondering if there will be money in the bank for groceries the next week and then have life lay another bombshell on you when you least need it. My DH has been through countless jobs even since we've been together, most lost through no fault of his own, so my thoughts are with Philip too - he's just gotta try and keep his head up and be persistant as someday something will come through.
Little man has been a clingy grump all day. DH comes home - presto, he's angel! I'd be annoyed but am just relieved he's quiet and off my chest!! Now to see whether he actually goes to sleep or not :eyeroll smiley here:top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

I'm in Leeds, SJ lives about 10mins walk away from me we discovered last week, she's coming to mine on Friday, I just know we are going to have walked past each other in the street/queued behind each other in asda.
A quick look on national rail shows its 40mins between leeds and sheffield and it costs about a tenner (return), so we'll sort something out in a month or 2 when we've had some time to save some cash, I'm sure Martin will sort us out with some vouchers for a meal somewhere.MFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £587740 -
anyone watching panorama on baby/toddler food??

Hi everyone,
Day (well afternoon) from hell here. I've been in tears and Caitlin's been in tears.
I thought we had a breakthrough with her sleeping in her cot in the daytime. She was starting to go down really well, only whinging for a minute or two and then falling asleep. On Saturday, I tried to put her down for a sleep in the morning and she got hysterical, proper tears and screaming. So, I got her back up. DH put her down after lunch and she was asleep in less than a minute and didn't whinge at all. I tried to put her to sleep later on in the afternoon and she got hysterical again. I feel so bad at upsetting her and it makes me upset.
Today, she had a 10 minute sleep in the car this morning and then a 35 minute sleep on the way home in the car at lunchtime. She woke up at 1:50pm. She was rubbing her eyes and yawning at 4pm, so I put her in her cot and she got hysterical again. I only left her 6 minutes as she was really upset. She was then really grotty for the rest of the afternoon as she was tired. She cried whenever I put her down to do something or whenever I left the room.
I hate it because it's me that's making her cry (by putting her down to have a sleep) and I can stop it by picking her up. I feel like a big fat meanie leaving her crying. She doesn't want to go to sleep but I know she needs it. If she didn't need it, and was in a good mood and content without the sleep, I wouldn't mind but it's just making me and her both unhappy
Sorry for that huge rant. Tomorrow is another day
Hugs to SM for having a crappy day too
Am loving all the baby pictures today. Everyone has gorgeous babies.
