no only a 3 but very badly heatin installed with new double glazin that has got holes in walls my hub has had to go out an buy foam filler as they did not do prop but there is only so much we can do we are not expert window or heating fitters !!!!!!and yes been on to housing they are not bothered an just keep patching things up when they turn up that is :mad::mad:

Lucky for those who have had their 4th triggers! Still, I'm just grateful that we have the 1. I keep going to the DWP website just to check the criteria to see if we qualify!!! I'm almost worried about not reading something properly!

I've been told this morning, by my Income Support Office that I qualify....Humph, I knew that already.

They say, that they have no way of telling who is actually receiving these payments, and it's not paid by them, it's paid from elsewhere.
So even though I should be getting cwp, and I'm not, there is nothing that can, or will be done until this blooming list is produced.

Is it not a bit odd that there is no telephone number we can ring to speak to anyone direct?

My BDC has been as much help as they can, and suggested a crisis loan. I don't want to borrow money.

I even know the reason why I'm not getting the payments, and it just needs someone to go on to the system, and associate my IS claim, with the qualifying route. ARGH!

Like with most things, I'm forever optimistic, whilst being bleakly pessimistic!

Yes have just rung the income support and they are now saying that are postcode SG3 has not had any payments... :mad:

Even though I have just explained to them and had the direct gov site infront of me whilst on the phone but they werent having none of. Who do we complain to now.

whilst we are at it, spare a thought for the homeless who are out in these temps at night, yes i know some through theyre own fault but not all of them, at least we have four walls to live in.

Just discovered since this morning I have a further payment by checking the DWP website. I was under the impression this was updated weekly basis?
