I would ring them, we had to chase ours up, if its what your entitled to you should be getting it automatically, but yet as I said we had to chase this up....where you may have to do the same here.
We are owed 4 and nothing up to now, they returned a call this morning to confirm the first one should have been received last week into our account, we checked and nothing from them, so now they confirm we should receive the one payment into our account by next Monday or earlier.
Worth keeping a check on your bank account regularly, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
unless it was due over xmas or new year holiday they should only take a few days to be paid once triggered0

I have checked the weather payment checker recently, last time was on Monday 4th, it said no periods have been triggered but today it is saying 1 has been triggered, so must be the last week.:happyhear0

I'm the same as Di except I have had 2 triggers instead of 4.
First trigger was the 18th Dec and so far no payment, an ever growing phone bill, an ever growing list of numbers to ring, an ever growing list of excuses and a lot of stress! We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Don't know if it has been posted earlier but just in case. I have just rung to enquire about the one my mum has. She has had one and is still owed another but when I rang as of this morning a third has been triggered. She hasn't had payment on the second and the third yet but they are in hand. The number I used was 0845 6060265. That was the number on theletter sent to say she would be getting the first payment. Sorry this is all a bit rambly but hope it may help someone.0
