cold weather payment postcode search [merged]

can't see me getting the other 2 payments before the end of the month.

well i didnt get anything this morning, can not belive it, im owed 3 payments, i cant see me gettin 75 quid by friday, so now its probly going to be another few weeks, im going to ring them first thing in the mornin and i want to speek to a supervisor, im not being told to wait till the end of jan, cos that is now, ive no gas on because ive had to put so much on in the past 4 weeks, julio u wud think they wud pay it all in at once, like my 25 last wee, why they cudnt of paid 100, it would of been just as easy! god my blood is boiling, they told us not to worry and just put our heatin on, now we have and got big bills, they fob us off and dnt give a flying !*k! :mad: im going to tell them tomorrow i want them to issue me a giro for friday, gggooooddd!!!! they shudnt of said dnt worry about putting your heating on,

they should of also told us at the start that thre was a backlog of the payments, a girl 5 doors down from me has recived all 4 of her payments by 2 weeks ago!

I phoned today 2 going in bank should be clear end of week, then only 1 to go.

Well we are now into Febuary, and i'm still waiting on 2 payments.

Quick question, is the Post Code calculator still on the blink? I tried it and it said that there had only been one period of severely cold weather, and I'm sure this is wrong.

Whilst it may of felt a lot colder than then have paid for, the basis of a payment is it must be 0 or below for 7 nights on the run, so there is a good chance your area didn't hit the magic 7.

I have tried my best to skim through this thread but still am quite confused... I have recieved one cold weather payment but according to the cold weather payment checker i am due 5 (live in highlands of scotland)

I got put from pillar to post today and eventually spoke to someone who said its not a priority and that i've just to wait it out until the payments are made, he has no idea when this will be either..

Who is everybody else contacting??

You need to contact Clydebank BDC 0845 600 1506, if this doesn't get things moving write a wee letter.
