Dh said there was more choice for the men's stuff as well.
I prefer that though I think, as women's stuff seems easier to find in other shops and it's always the men's presents that I end up spending more than I wanted to as I can't find what I want/like. At least this way I have 3 gift sets to hand, and at the cost of £4.50 for all 3!Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -

I got to Boots this morning and they had a surprising amount of stuff there - not much men's stuff in ours though!
I spent £32, but saved £96 - must get my Boots card sorted out - I found it the other day amongst some other stuff - no idea how many points are on it, but I forgot to take it out again - she said I can still transfer the points from today as they are on my receipt.
Need to sell some more stuff on Ebay now to even it out!Thrifty Gifty February make £20 challenge £21.05/£20.0 -

I've got plan B - if I can't find the same size bottle, still use the glass, bottle opener and a smaller bottle, wrap it in some cello wrap, and bobs ur uncle xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

Def worth another look, taking dd to town at weekned, she had a claires voucher for Xmas, wants to spend it, so might divert via Boots on the way to the car... xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
That sounds good Mary about your husband, I agree, doesn't sound urgent.
Hope it all goes well.
I spent £95, saved about £300 and bought it all with my Boots points that I save all year for this very dayGot £2.15 left on it now boo
I'm fairly organised for bday and xmas this year, I'm feeling quite pleased as I've got a busy year ahead.
I need some inspiration for the valentines day though. Got 3 things (free choccies from Thorntons as a sorry from them, FCUK set and the I LOVE YOU sweets from thorntons, cost me £2.50) but just want some ideas for something a bit more meaningful. Will be our last one before we get married(and everyone knows when you get married, all the romance is lost haha!!)

I braved it and went into Birmingham City Centre. People were still just dragging it off the shelves but it was nowhere near as manic as yesterday. Had the same stuff as where I went yeasterday but a few more bits that were different.
So today I bought:
3 x those cocktail shakers with the bath bombs, soap and scrunchie in. £2.50 each
2 x same brand as above but with exfoliating gloves in a little box £1.50 each
2 x Ted Baker mens gift set £2.00 each
1 x Quiz game thingy for OH b/day £3.00
1 x Royal Jelly gift set in a lovely black and gold wash bag £2.50(not worth it at all at £10 but I'm going to put a £1 scrunchie in and some exfoliating gloves - that'll be nice.
So i spent £18 and saved £54
Phoned Mum up and she wanted 5 of each Ted Baker Men's sets and 5 of the Black royal jelly ones... Arrggghhh. Guess who had to carry it all!!! me!!!
I did make it to The Entertainer, Disney Store and Debenhams before I had to admit defeat and go home.
Sales Assistant told me that Thorntons make Boots Chocolate so if ever you are put off, thinking it will be cheap and nasty, it should be quice nice, and cheaper!I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!
