Thankyou.Sorry I didnt mean that kind of unwell.Although seeing as I only stopped my Antidepressants when I found out I was pregnant with my lil boy.Im suprised I am not back on them yet.

Sounds like you've done brilliantly not going back on Antidepressants.

I have what feels like a chesty cold.Im struggling to clear my chest at the moment. And the congestion is leaving me with a headache.Hence the kids stuck in gobbing making it worse.
Hope your feeling better soon, don't know if it would be any good, but the Vicks 1st defence can be used b4 and during the cold, - might help the congestion.

Been doing surveys for last few days.So think its time to change and concentrate on wrapping the pressies this weekend.
I've the cards to do this weekend then start the prezzies after that - there all brought, just finding where they're hidden!!

Mother nature has returned after 12 weeks of waiting since having my son.So think its time to go get the implant.Sorry if thats tmi for anyone.
In the nicest of ways thank you, - again apologies if tmi - but u reminded me need to book in to get miranda changed - our GP couldn't do it, gave it me and said take it to the family planning clinic - been in the wardrobe for 6 mths!!

And its the anniversary of my dads death 10 yrs today. He was 42 so bit untimely.Sorry,
Im ok but wish I could be with my brother and sisters. Two live 200 miles away and the other is trapped 5 mile up the road in this snow.
Send a virtual hug to you,

On a cheerier note. All our efforts are coming to fruition soon. Are ou ready to give a big sigh and enjoy my friends?
So funny everyone is running around like a blue bum fly!! Did table top at DD's school xmas fayre, and people were looking for cheap christmas presents........ not that I was complaining!!
I am already putting any vouchers I earn towards Christmas 2011.Are we starting a new thread soon?People may start making and collecting and buying in any upcoming sales.Could give fresh ideas that would be better placed in a new thread.

Yep def a new thread, the plan is to get it up and running just before xmas, as the Dec challenge on here, so we can have the new thread - with "what I got from secret santa". Then we're ready for the sales, recycling and the new savings.......... and I'm still looking for tall, dark, handsome male, bulging wallet.......... thou at my age guess I can't be too fussy!! xx

I've only just caught up with this & the sister thread as I'm pretty new. Not sure I've totally 'got it' yet - I'm a bit slow nowadays :o but I like what I've seen & read. How do I go about joining in - for 2011 now I suppose?

Hi Well preserved, welcome to the nicest thread on the board, - if theres any challenges you fancy doing dig in, or loiter from the sides, were free and easy.
We're having new 2011 thread just before xmas, there be links on this thread - and new challenges on 24th each month. Don't panic - they may look a lot, if my daughter (her nickname Miss Hoodie) she loves suggesting cleaning!!, think of it as a pick and mix, if theres one bit thats any help - brilliant, we're all be working closely with our sister thread, money making, that elysia who'll be starting that off for 2011, again links on here. The other thread helps make the money, this helps you spend it !! xx

    Hi girls

Feeling so drained , not sure why? Came home from work and visiting Mollie (Shes been in 7 days today) got in at 8pm and slept until 1am now i am wide awake with a headache..

Due to the snow none of my online parcels have come :( its raining here and a lot of the snow is turning to slush but very icy (thick ice) not sure what tomorrow plans are. Hoping to see Mollie again (if i get the chance and the weather is not to bad)

I will try to pop to savers and wilkos to look at there smellies and offers..

Toothfairy - Not sure about buttons I would of looked on ebay too.

Mary-op - I am terrible at wrapping usually leave it till late on Xmas eve. Not this year though!

Mum2one - How are you since the whole allergy thing?

At work today we glittered pine cones and coloured and glittered Xmas shapes decs , coloured in Xmas pictures watched Doras Xmas ect at work with the kids so all very xmassy! x

Hope your parcels come soon, just got a book order to do 2mor, hopefully that be here b4 xmas. Just last odd bits from Studio to come, thou had a letter saying they have run out of Hello Kitty quilt covers, Miss Hoodie has a double quilt on single bed, hard trying to find doubles.

Those crafts sound fab, bet the kids loved it.

Touch wood, nothing has set the allergy, just getting the hang of remembering to take the pen with me......... Just waiting for allergy testing which hopefully narrow things down.

Touch wood off to a Frost Fair Sunday - be more window shopping, and enjoying the free samples, when I took Miss Hoodie and her friend last yr, her friend bless her had £5 to spend, only wanted to buy this old fashioned big milk urn - painted like canal ware items £300......... xx

Buy hooks then you don't have to have string! Poundland have 200 for £1 or you could try Wilkos

Had to laugh, my stupid sense of humour, when you said was going to decorate it with the kids today, was imagining you hanging the kids on the big tree lol, Rufus xx

    Morning all xx

Think we will have a walk into town today and see Santa. I need to get some food supplies incase my asda delivery doesn't turn up. The snow has stopped now but the roads are icy/slippy and at their worst.

Daughter is going to write her santa letter today and we have a lantern to send it up in (though we have to be very careful with that as they have been in the news lately for being dangerous if not used carefully). Then we will write her school cards - all 33 of them:eek:

Hope everyone has a great day
