Thank you for that Mary, I will pop some in the post tomorrow then. Think I still had better wait to post the ones of people that are coming up for the funeral. Seems inappropiate for them to receive them before and VERY inappropiate to give them out on the day!!!Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T

Hi everyone
Esmer – Love the advent tree and the crafting you’ve done today.
Mum2one – Hope Miss Hoodie gets better soon. Glad you have sorted the epi-pen out.
Cdsmiler- Hope DD feels better soon.
Mary-op – Hope the nose bleeds stay away!
Pips Mum - Sorry to hear of your Grandad passing.
Thank you to you all for your well wishes. To be honest I don’t think it is the thought of stuffing 12 monkeys. I live with depression and this time of year can be hard for me for many reasons. However I have made the decision today to book an appointment with my doctor to either come off of the meds I am currently on as I really don’t feel I am getting on with them or to change to something else. I have spent the day doing absolutely nothing! Felt like crap this afternoon so took myself to bed for a couple of hours. DH and myself cooked dinner together, and am still feeling like crap!!
I have just written out a TO DO list as that helps me when I start feeling like this. So have big plans for tomorrow. All achievable!!
Thats enough from me!!!Never buys anything at full price unless completely forced to do so!!! :whistle:0 -
Real Toothfairy - I have friends that suffer and it sounds like you are doing all the right things, and on here chatting helps too. I cant even face 1 sock monkey, never mind 12 lol.
I think Im scared of my new sewing machine............ I was hoping to have tomorrow to sew some things and play with it, but DD is here tonight, and i dont plan to venture out too far in all that snowl. All my bath stuff is made for my hampers, just to pack and label it all, waiting on tonights bathbombs to dry out. Im being held back because my cello bags are not here yet
I had a look on the hampers thread and I see people have mixed smellie stuff with food stuff. Is that advisable??Saving 2.00 coinsGrocerys set to 40.00 pwBeing Thrifty0 -
Esmer - I personally wouldn't mix foodie with smellies. Are you doing both? Perhaps it would be better to packaged them up separately.
Toothfairy - Is it a seasonal thing? I have SAD. My lamp helps, but it can't perform miracles. I hope you can get an appoitment ASAP, there are lots of different things you can try. I hope the fog lifts soon. Thinking of you.
ETA: I just realised, OMG I'm a wreck. With SAD, tinitis, stomach cramps and PMT - I must be a nightmare to live with.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

cdsmiler - glad your feeling better now, hopefully dd will feel better soon too.
Thanks piglet. SHe's not great. Keeping food and drink down but its the other end that's not good. And she's so tired. Childminder can't have her because of it, so looks like I'm home tomorrow with my little angel! I'm wondering if I should take her to the docs, or do you all think she's probably fine? I'm thinking she's fine - she's not thrown up again, she's keeping liquids down, no temperature....
esmer - canb't wait for DD to be old enough to to crafty things!
fedupandskint - at least you're home safe now!
mary - take it easy, nosebleeds arn't fun. Thanks for the royal mail info.
We had shepherds pie tonight, but got a stew planned for this weekend!
Real Toothfairy - good on ya. To do lists are always worth doing! (list a holic here! lol) And good on you for going back to the docs. Many wouldn't!! Take it easy.
Hubby's tidying his side of the bedroom at the moment (Miss Hoodie will be proud!) and I'm just killing time before I go deal with the bathroom. Yuck. lol

CDSmiler - DD had that bug, she was fine the following day, if she is keeping fluids down, and no temperature, see how she is in the morning. my dd is 3 in January and she adores crafts. I made the elements, but she stuck it all on........... Its great fun!! Think we will make some cookies tomorrow.
