    cdsmiler- where you gone....lol

I'm here! Been making shed loads of jewellery for this week - been selling them in work! Doing well though!

Hope everyone who's ill or injured is feeling a bit better!!

Foxy - a big belated congrats on the competition win!!!

elysia - £15 for candy floss??? How much did you buy?? lol And your DD2 made me laugh with her Christmas shopping! lol

tq16 - MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR DAUGHTER!!!! :T

    NickyBo - welcome back!!

Sugarspun & Rufus - stop it! La la la not listening!! *fingers in ears to stop hearing you talk about being done!!* lol

fedupandskint - well done on the chutneys! Your freezer sounds like a bit of an exploration! lol I wonder if you'll find treasure?!?

Charlies Mum - Welcome! You too clelmet and Bella79!

Qaphsiel - boxing Day - big pot of something? Chili? Casserole? Curry? Can be something that doesn't begin with C though if you want!! hehe ;)

Real Toothfairy - hope all the tests go well!

esmer - big hugs to you! (and pinkflop, mummyslittleboy, Angela, mum2one and anyone else in the same situation) I bet you'll get more done with child and working full time than you would with an OH getting in the way!! That's my problem in the evenings! lol He's worse than a child! Sounds like you're achieving a load of makes there though esmer! You're more on top of it than you think I reckon!

Also big hugs to anyone doing any sort of studying - especially OU related! OH is doing his third and final year and has an essay due tonight. As usual he's left it til the last minute and gets really stressy (even though he's more than capable with it all!), so I feel for you all.

Big hello to anyone else I missed!

Am I too late with the 2 pairs of jeans grabbit deal? Can someone give me a link if they're still going??

I'm ALMOST done on pressies - one more thing for hubby, and then things for my Aunt and Nan (birthday AND Christmas for both of them!!) - although my Nan's is the 90 pressies box...it's getting there!! Just ordered a calendar for her box (12 things in one there!) and some personalised christmas cards witha pid of DD on all from Vistaprint. Also ordered LOADS of those mini purses from Artcow - 2 for $4, unlimited amount you can order, no postage! Coming from the US - we'll see what they look like! So I'm doing well...

However, add in to the mix that I'm acting in 4 murder mysteries in December, organising a staff kids christmas party in work, a staff get together and quiz, and working at least two other Sundays dressed up in a silly costume somewhere doing something Christmassy... I'm starting to get a little bit stressed!! lol I HAVE to get all pressies bought in the next week or so. End of November is my cut off date! November is a write off! lol SO much stuff going on!

Right, off to do some shopping now and pick up the streaky bacon and mini sausages to make sausages wrapped in bacon ready for Christmas day. Will make em, freeze em, and they defrost lovely on the day ready to cook.

Mum2one - give me a shout when you're ready for me for the secret santa!!!

    Clare x (Phew!)

EDITED to say: Blimey! If you look at my posting times it took me 2 hours to read and catch up!! lol

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Bought some 342 baking items today in Mr T and stocked up on dried cranberries for the christmas muffins, white choc and cranberry cookies and cranberry loaf!

Also got some icing and marzipan for the 2 cakes to sell at work

Bought a few Christmas things on 342 a ribbon to go around each cake, a set of tartan tags for the pots of gold and a gold tinsel dec to cut up for the pots of gold

Not much else christmassy going on apart from the friend who bought all my chutney may want some more after the OH asked for some more for presents - I'm going to offer a few more jars. Cranberries are on offer in Mr S making the total cost of the christmas chutney around £6- ish making each jar about 66p

So could offer £1.50 per jar and offer another 5 of these and another 5 of the other Christmas chutney for £15, might also see if they want a cake too as could just squeeze this in time wise
final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333

    Evening all!!!

I have been in such a christmassy mood today!!! Listened to my christmas CD for the first time in the car and we watched A NIghtmare before christmas this evening!!! Can't wait!

Could have something to do with the fact that I have discovered I have been underpaid (by a substantial amount!) for 2 years and will get my back pay in next weeks pay packet. Means I can ge all my christmas shopping done and dusted by dec 1st!!! :D

Went to Hobbycraft this morning and got a few bits -

Sparkly robins (actually card toppers) for "Robins Breakfast" to go in DS xmas eve hamper £1.59
Some sparkley red felt and some green for our Christmas Elfs sleeping bag 85p each (going to make in a mo!)
Some buttons to finish DS sock monkey £1.39 (also for xmas eve hamper)
Small cello bags for choc spoons for all the snowman soup £2 ish
A gingerbread man window dec for my DS to paint 99p (pressie from Elf)
Some Really Useful Boxes for xmas stuff (ribbons, tags etc) ALL 20% off at the mo
A scrapbook for Elf to leave on xmas eve £10.99
Embroidery thread for sleeping bag and sock monkey 85p each

Also went to asda and got one of their kilner jars for £1 for my DS christmas eve hamper - cookie making kit.

Really pleased with my little haul. Means I can get a few things finished now.

Oh, and I had an email to say my Handy Candy order has been dispatched so I can do my retro sweetie boxes.

Mary op - fudge kebabs??? Sound yummy!!!

CDSmiler - nice to see you back - hope you got lots of jewellery made!

Real Toothfairy - hope it went well. I work on a gastro ward and am well aware of what you have to go through - I would also opt for a GA!!!!! Big hugs xxxxx

Hope everyone else is well and feeling christmassy!!!!!! :)

Fedup, you're doing so well with the cooking and selling - your fabulous. xxx

Clare - Lovely to see you again. What a lot you've got going on! If I wasn't sitting down already, I would have to, you've made me tired thinking about it! LOL :D

Mary - I'm glad you're getting sorted. I forgot to say, we had out first Christmas card on Monday. It was off Royal Mail, it's OH Christmas bonus as it contained 50 1st class stamps. Trouble is, by the time I've sent Christmas cards, thankyou letters from the girls for their Christmas presents and DD2's birthday January they've all gone.

Milla - you'll get addicted to the Grabbit board, ;) there's so many bargains - I've saved hundreds, if not thousands.

Junior j - I'm the same username on Dooyoo. If you find me, I'll add you. :)

    Hi everyone else. :j

ETA: Pinkflop - how wonderful about your backpay. I hope your manage to treat yourself to something nice too. It sounds like you're going to be busy with all the bits you bought this morning. I'm might make DD's Elf a sleeping bag too. SHe had to have a new one this year, as last years elf's leg fell off, as she loved it so much. Bless.

  • CDSMILER - Thanks

PINKFLOP - I too hope it goes well!!! Had the one 2 months ago but they had probs and it was painful so am hoping tomorrow goes ok.......However I am STARVING!!! Had a slice of toast this morn and 3 little pots of jelly during the day......but was just really naughty and found half a pack of polos in my handbag.....so I ate them!!!! I cant wait to eat tomorrow!! I wasnt this bad last time....and the solution I had to drink nearly made me sick!!

Nothing Xmassy going on here today.......well apart from getting deliveries from Next (had the £10 off voucher) and La Redoute (perfume for £1.60!) and M & S (2 pairs of knickers for 90p).

    Much love to all xx
