yes I think that may well be true! Yikes! Last year nobody who was eating it had to drive anywhere so perhaps I better warn people of that this year just in case. I've made one for my aunt too so better send it along with a warning! Ooops! It is nice though. Not that I can have any this year as baby bump is due after xmas

Hurray - I've finally caught up! I've been around over the weekend but mainly hanging around Grabbit for bargains.

I've been busy making bits of jewellery and little bags of decorated chocs. Will do reindeer food later this evening, and hopefully get a start on the sock monkeys tomorrow (after I've delivered the next lot of avon books). I've been to Marks and Sparks today and picked up my bargain halloween costumes for next year - Was £10 reduced to £3 and then 50% off - Total £1.50. Bought 3 (one for dd2 but won't fit so will ebay it next year and one each for neices).

November is here and now I'm having loads of birthdays again. Stepdads is today - so I'm trying to keep up with everything. I seem to be juggling so many things atm.

For people waiting for Toluna vouchers - I received mine in the post Friday so your's may be due soon.

Not a good day really.........:( OH can't find any post it notes in town so I can finish off my kitchen organiser.....shop said they're due some more tomorrow ! Don't know why but we live in one of those small towns where everything seems to be ''tomorrow'' or ''next Wednesday''.....................lol
He didn't think to try the office supplies shop......oh well.........can't finish that off today.
Trying to get our lad to sort his bedroom out -plumber coming in the morning -8.15am!!!!- and he'll need to get in his room to the water tank and do complete boiler service. Several attempts at various methods or bribery, persuasion etc., result in him having a face like a smacked backside and slamming of doors..................lol
All I seem to have done all day is sort out paperwork into a bit better order so I can find things when I need to..........boring or what !!

elysia - thanks ever so much...............OH just said the magnets could be ''stuck in the post''.........I thought he was having a laugh till he said, ''well letter boxes are metal...magnets stick to metal....etc.''................lol (think he was having a laugh really, just said it with such a serious face............lol)

Just remembered this from last year
If you go onto the Northpole.com site and then the Elf Academy and scroll down you can print out a ''good deeds calendar''.........I did this for little grandson last year just for December so his mum could tick off whether he'd done well each day (eating all his dinner, going to bed on time, picking up toys etc.) I sent it to him with a letter from Santa (I did that myself to make it more personal) so he got it by 1st December.:)

sorry i havent been around for a while but

i now have 90% of the prezzies bought ( i just need chocolate/sweets) and wrapping paper now but leaving the sweets till the last minute as i will eat them
