Thanks Flourgirl! I've saved the seller of those bags in my favourites. They are away at the moment, and I shall pounce the minute they get back!

Just off to make some of the toppers in anticipation.

Well done CDS on setting up your blog. If I can manage it, anyone can! I think the hardest part was coming up with a name. I can't wait to see what you've made.

Just checking in to see everyone is playing nicely and behaving themselves. ;) I'm off again now. TTFN xxx

OH. Just remembered PONR. I need to pm you. :D

    Hello all :j
Taken me an age to catch up..............you're all so organised I hardly dare look at the thread everyday..........I must be the most muddled person on the planet...............lol:rotfl:

flourgirl -love the christmas puddings.........If I had a go at making anything like that they'd be more like reindeer droppings..............lol:rotfl:

junior - colds are miserable...........(((:o))) hugs for you

Been pouring with rain today and cold..........two radiators upstairs aren't working all of a sudden.......rang the plumber and had to leave a message.........he's not rung back so hope he's not gone off on holiday..........just when I need him:eek:
I'll try again tonight. Still, nice and warm downstairs thank goodness.
I've covered another gravy tub ready for another DIY snowman and concocted some ''sock jam''...............lol (pair of plum colour socks rolled up in a jar with label on and gingham hat-my mate will love it.............lol)
Now our lad wants to make another 'Weather wally'...................:rotfl:
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Oooooh food list is done and it is really not as bad as I feared/expected! In a normal-busy supermarket it would take me about five minutes to pick up the relevant 15 items, in a Christmas-crazed panic zone I'll still be out in under an hour including standing in line for half an hour and dodging all the other shoppers :j

Hi all just dropping in, after my few days away at whitby, yesterday, made nothing , today nothing, took DS to a driving experiance we got him for his 18th (cost about £50) which is lots but it was worth it for the look of absolute joy, we got the memory stick there and videod the whole experiance and for a twin thats shy, quiet and unassuming. I `d pay it again, he didnt shut up...

So I`ve just come in and bought the wineyard tour for two in shropshire for OH for xmas. Was recommended by a friend and as well as a tour, lunch and wine tasting and a bottle to bring away is included. And I get to go. Tomorrow we off to Blackpool thxs to Mr T so no crafting tomorrow either

I love all your makes and wish you all well.

I know my posts are exceptionally long normally but I off out for a meal and need to get a move on

I'm such an organised Christmas shopper because I loathe and hate the crowds - and the supermarket is the worst of it. Finding out that my shopping list is simple enough that I could hand it to my husband and he could manage it singlehanded is almost as good as the lottery :rotfl:

  • Doing my shopping in advance list now....

can anyone add to this for xmas day dinner please:

Apple Sauce (made), Cranberry Sauce, stuffing (hubby makes), pigs in blankets (hubby makes), bread sauce, gravy, goose fat....
A small Thank You can make a BIG difference ;)
