You will get there, it seems never ending when they still wake up in the night, I don't think now I sleep as heavy as before I had kids, the slightest noise either of them make and my ears !!!!! up LOL... :rotfl:DS2 is 6 and shouts in his sleep occassionaly so that has me awake but it does get better or maybe it just feels like it does.:D:D:D:D
Where's the Coffee?? Show me the Coffee NOW!!0 -
Hello all :j
mum2one -well done with car boot and e bay :T
sarah - you wait till a few years down the line and kids have left home.............you'll sleep like a log ............I do............even slept through earthquake we had here a few years back.................lol:rotfl:
Well -went to see gp this morning -yet more ear drops and go back in 2 weeks plus anti inflammatory tablets for my back. To see chiropractor free I have to go to back clinic at the hospital............gp says if it doesn't get better he'll refer me. Still, its much better than it was thank goodness.
OH now has good supply of antibiotics........he's got chest infection but seems ok. Now he's got some 'spare' tablets as well.
Mucked the morning up going to gp's so started to do bit more to my scrapbooks.........made some more little envelopes for birth and marriage certificates then phone rang - girl we used to look after. Lovely to hear from her even though it did put me right behind with everything. Then phone rang -soc.services.......just checking if young lad we've got is behaving ok...........well we'd soon tell them if he wasn't...................lol
So the day seems to have gone and not much to show for it. Oh well, friend is coming tomorrow to finish off helping me clear this little room so I might actually feel I've 'done' something, even though she'll do most of the 'doing'......................lol:rotfl:I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Clare, don't despair you'll get there! It feels like it will never end doesn't it, but it will!! Lol mum2one at snoring DD, and Sarah with your six year old shouting, wonder what he's dreaming about lol. We are lucky, no big snorers or shouters or anything so do count myself lucky!
Will be having a bit of an organising weekend this weekend. Half way through clearing out our study, which will be a lovely room once it's done. Our bedroom's on hold, have got a place on a uni course from sept and lots of preparation to do so feel like I need work space sorted first. Also will do a bit of xmas present planning - starting on stuff I can make and trying to get a few more ideas on my list. Would like to get as much done as poss before the course starts. Feels odd to me doing xmas stuff in May, but I like it!!! OH on board too - only prob is I have been showing him my secret stash so need to find somewhere else to hide his pressies when I get them!!!0 -
PS - forgot to say, my lovely parents are taking me and boys (unfortunately DH away) to the theatre for Wizard of Oz in a couple of weeks, will be lovely to have such a treat - feel like I need one at the minute so perfect timing! :-)0
