choco pot - different sorts of choc, drink/scented candle/chocs to eat

DIY pot -small screwdrivers, packet nails/screws etc

    Xmas Saver!
We did a table top sale today, dad came and unloaded for me, then went home to see to Bailey, thou I'm sure he managed a quick flick through the paper!! nice start. didn't need to get there to 11am, after paying £6.00 for the table,we made the grand profit of £5.00. DD stayed with me after 10 mins all I got was I'm bored....... why didn't you bring the ds.......YOU NEVER PACKED IT!!

But dad was nice as he took us to the pub for belated lunch, so we both had steak and chips, (2 for £10),dd had kids roast, it was massive, she 4 slices Roast beef, 4 roast potatoes, mash, 3 veg, yorkshire pudding, + sausage and bacon, hers was £3.25, looked more like an adults meal...

xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

    Morning All

Angela, I managed to make the 2 easter cards with the kids for the school comp, and we had a good root to see what we have in, didn't get anything else made as the sun was out and the kids wanted to play in the garden with the dog, I had a browse online for some ideas so will get some bits printed off and sorted out this week whike they are still in school.

Did get a little easter silcon choc mould in sainsburys, so going to make the teachers some chocolates tonight and put them in some little boxes which we will make.

Thats after I've been shopping, paid the bills and tided up LOL....
    :D:D:D:D:D

    Hi everyone,

rufus - what colours are the scarves? Sounds like an ingenious idea.

    .

Hi Anglea The stockinette is like a cream colour and I have used cream and white lace. The pompoms on the edges are cream.

Busy day doing the presentation for our paranormal group's AGM but home now chilling after a large Indian takeaway while the others investigate an old museum in the dark looking for ghosts! They way I'm feeling, I'm glad I have a baby to give me the excuse to not join them - I feel shattered! Hope she doesn't acknowledge the clocks changing tonight! lol

Your group sounds like fun - my hubby would love that! He's had all sorts of 'experiences' and loves those programmes where they go ghost hunting. Hope baby let you sleep hun x

Sorry I think I am reading the thread backwards atm - catching up on weekend emails! Thank you to everyone who gave me a boot up the backside (and no licks:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

Did not manage to clear out DS2's room BUT did have a very productive weekend, got lots of other jobs done and so feeling quite pleased with myself. Feeling a bit torn about the long weekend coming up - half of me thinks it'll be brilliant to chill out, play with the kids etc, other half thinks it's a good opportunity to get that room DONE it is driving me mad! Will have to try and do a bit of both I thnk.

Right, off to print out the challenge, no excuses!

    Hello all :j
Just typed out reply and it didn't come up

    So, here goes again
Not done much today =foster daughters birthday so we've been up there with her gardening basket -well trug- full of bits and pieces..............very mse (apart from cost of trug) Covered old pill box and put some pebble like candles in it, covered gravy tub and put plant tags in that one, painted some pebbles out the garden with names of herbs and wrapped them in cellophane, gave her spare pair of pretty gardening gloves and a gardening apron I've never used..........she was thrill ed to bits with it, especially now she's got a greenhouse. Oh I popped in some chilli seeds with a note on them to say they're 'for sharing' - they'll get a better start in her greenhouse than in our back yard.

So, got home -managed to do another scrapbook page and that was that.#
Sorry...........challenge seems to have gone out the window at the minute...........:(

Loving it that folk are collecting gravy tubs .......and anything else that can re-cycle into something different.:T
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Mary - silly question. What do you do to get rid of the gravy smell? I've give it a quick wipe out but it still smells, do you just leave the lid off and let it air?
