Other Twilight ideas (the other post got too long!) These ones are for things that could be made, depends on how crafty you feel!

You could make a Twilight stationery set if you have a printer. Just search for Twilight images on Google then put them in a Word document. I would have just one small picture in the top corner of each page. You could add a nice border as well. You could also print a picture on the envelopes. Tie the pack up with black or red ribbon and it would make a lovely gift :)

You could cover a small notebook with a printed out picture. If you printed out an A4 sized picture you could then cover the front of an A5 sized notebook. You could cover a pencil or pen like that too.

Final one, and one that I think will interest a lot of Twilight fans here. I was recently told about a fanfiction story someone had written. It is set 6 years after Breaking Dawn. It is written by a fan of the Twilight series who didn't want the series to end so carried it on herself. Obviously she can't try to get it published but she has shared it on fanfiction sites. I was reluctant to read it at first as I didn't want to ruin the books for myself, but it is AMAZING! I actually forgot that it wasn't part of the series. If you think your sister would like it, you could print it out and make it into a little book for her. It is quite long so you could make a decent sized book of it. Or you could print it just onto A4 paper and have it like a manuscript.
This is the link to the fanfiction story -

To anyone planning on reading it, beware! It is highly addictive. I stayed up until nearly 2am when I started reading it, I get up for work at 6am! It is written in a very similar style to the originals.

Hope all this has helped a bit :)

Flippin' heck that was quick nickybo!
I'd had a quick (very quick) look on ebay, didn't find any of these 99p things so am going to have a proper look through when I have lots of time- you must have more patience than me! I'm reasonably crafty when it comes to paper/card (not sewing!), have never covered a notebook or pen or anything though- would I need to cover it with anything after? Don't know if I could get it to look as good as ones you buy- will have to scour the internet for tips!
Thank you so much for all the links though, that's really helpful x

Thanks for sharing your ideas Nicky. I have bought the set of books for my daughter's birthday. I think once I get the printer sorted (it died today. RIP) I'll print it out and make her a book. :D

Thanks too Fed08 - brilliant idea - I'm going to steal it if you don't mind!:rotfl:

    You're welcome :)
On Ebay, once you have searched for 'Twilight', change the 'Sort By' box on the right to say 'Price and P+P lowest' (or something like that). That way you don't have to search through all the listings, it will just show you the cheapest things. I like this option best as it looks at the postage costs too, so you don't end up looking through 500 items costing 1p but with £5 postage!

Twilight - If you have enough money you could do what I did and buy some blank pens, rulers, keyrings etc and then put the photos off the internet in them and make your own things. I bought 5 at a time of the pens and rulers and then made the others up with different themes for other children for Christmas. I also covered a couple of cheap exercise books with pics and my daughter loves them. Also found some cardboard mini drawer things in the charity shop and covered those with Twilight pics and she uses them as jewellery boxes.

Trying to think what else I did lol, she had heaps of Twilight stuff for Christmas. Oh, just thought of something else if your crafty and can sew, I bought a couple of the iron on transfers already mentioned and ironed them onto fabric and made her two cushions using pads I already had at home. Needless to say they are on her bed all the time.

If I think of anything else I'll come back xx

mum2one - thanks for the heads up on halfcost free delivery, my stuff came and the shoe boxes are cool. excellent value for 1pound...I got the watch necklace and ear ring sets too they were only 1.99 fab.

    large-smiley-012.gif

I've had a few things arrive lately that I'm paying for with my ebay earnings...a henley watch came yesterday and it's fab, only a tenner, brand new and has a fifty pound price tag on it, so thats ear marked for mil's christmas (may leave the price tag on!?!?!?)I'm spending far less than I ever have at christmas but it looks like I've spent more than I ever had - it's great and mainly thanks to boots 75% off sale.:)

By this rate christmas will be sorted by easter:D

Want to make some more items this year but don't have many people who appreciate it. Hey ho...I have one friend who would love a mini scrapbook so I'll start that some time. wANT TO make sweet jars too and fancy them up all christmassy, will have to go hunting those kilner jars at the pound shop someone was on about.
