Have just spent £25 on chepo clothes from Asda as my chepo t-shirts i got 2 years ago are a tad stretchy or stained. :-(

So far so good, only money on the boys clothes (yet another growth spurt) and bedding for them both #(washing chewed theys up).

So have nothing to declare so far :T
I will have to buy bras, socks and nick knacks soon though. Bleeding washing machine grrr chewing them up.

Still no spend but I have seen a lovely top in the matalan catalogue that came through the door.... perhaps I need to go and try it on and find that actually it's not as nice as it looks or it doesn't fit right then I can put it to bed rather than pining for it.....?!

I'm off to spend some quality time with my calculator & the front page to update the totals, & there are goodies from New Look on their way to me ... but I will 'try before I buy' so no declaration needed yet

Oooooooooooooooooooooh while your updating I have a £3.98 charity shop spend to declare, a lovely pink summer dress. Also bought a blue mock shirt, vest top but that was for work so not counting it.
Some very sensible spending going on, well done all!!

Well the jeans I bought on eBay I intended to turn into shorts, but the legs were too narrow to work really, but have cut them up now, so that's a bit of a write off! Oh well, only 45p so not too fussed.

But I also have 99p to declare for another eBay purchase - lovely black silk blouse by Vero Moda. Hoping its nice when it arrives!

niccatw, what's BW? I'm (very!) familiar with eBay, but always goo to find other ways to recycle etc.

Hi there,

Still no spend (well bought something off eBay but money neutral as sold a ton of stuff).

Still trying to do a daily blog post to focus on writing not spending. It's really helping - like a spend diary.

Please do feel free to add your comments/suggestions on the blog - it would be great if it becomes something that can help more folks than just me but I don't know where to take it really.

My spend total is still zero. It's because i am trying to lose weight (but not very hard) before a splurge. Nothing I try on looks even half decent at the moment.

That's about where I'm at too Jacey! Nothing looks anywhere near decent - except luckily the baggy tops that people are wearing with jeans (which is what I've seen in Matalan - erm!)
Have you found a decent thread on here with regards to losing weight? I need about 3 stone off

karmachilovething BW is BigWardrobe, it's a clothes swapping site, though you can sell too. If you google it, it'll come up. I'm very new to it but like what I've seen so far, though I don't know if you are as well protected as you are on ebay if things go wrong (though all payments are through paypal so you'd have their protection).
