Hi again,

We've been out for a walk around the village and we only saw 4 children out. I thought there would be loads playing.

I'm just having a quick coffee then doing a HHC at 10.45 if anyone wants to join me?

Well I'm attempting to sort my BR out - mainly because I can't find my tags which I know were by the side of my bed. WM is already on it's second wash so anyhting that isn't washed today can wait.

Morning ladies

Up dressed, breakfasted, TD emptied and reloaded with last lot of yesterdays washing.

Mr T delivery been but he didnt tell me about the substitutions which I dont like so I will take them back to the store asap (just being kind to the driver here)Need to put it all away but will have to clean the fridge out first.

Dont read too much into it hun, she did at least send you a card which my MIL NEVER did for me and our DD. It really isnt worth worrying about in the grand scheme of things. Glad to see KH isnt going to contest, well he couldnt really could he!!

Plan now is see if I can create new payee online as that will save walking to the bank, especially as I now have to walk in the opposite direction for Mr T.

So far this morning I have..

Climbed out of my lovely warm bed
Made breakfast for kids
Shouted at kids
WM on
Shouted at kids
TD on
Shouted at kids
Deep cleaned bathroom(didnt get done last week.. naughty SummerMoon)
Threatened kids
Swept bathroom floor(will mop when I do kitchen and back passage)
Put kids on time out

Off to fold up some clean washing and put it away, and probably more shouting at kids as soon as I leave the room.

Soappie and others with boiler/heating problems, a few years ago we were int he same position, depths of winter and heating system completely packed up.

In desperation I posted on the In My Home forum on here and Canucklehead, (if I remember rightly) talked us through what hubby needed to do to fix it, it worked and I couldn't thank him enough. :j

Maybe worth trying that option.

Morning all

We had snow overnight - the first lot for us so I shouldn't complain, but I will! I am so afraid of snow and ice, it gives me the same feeling as going to the dentist or hospital. I am a wuss. DH had a first go at clearing the back path out to the road before he went to work and I've just been out and widened it and brushed it again and put down some more salt so it should be safe for me to go out to work tonight and come back in. It's green bin day tomorrow but I've put it out now so I don't have to drag more snow over the cleared path. On the plus side, I'm nice and warm now

One load of washing done and draped round. I normally do bedding on Wednesday but I may do it tomorrow to get me ahead this week. All my presents are wrapped and some given out. Shopping due from Asda tomorrow so I hope it turns up. If the weather stays like this we may just have to manage with what we've got! I'm sure we won't starve.
