Morning everyone. Hope everyone is ok.
Soappie - me & u can cuddle together cos our heating is playing up too due to a leaking radiator playing havoc with pressure in boiler.
Didn't quite finish DS2's room over weekend but it is respectable and woodwork can be finished off after he goes back to school (or sooner if he doesn't offer to help:D)
However house is a tip as i've done little else & have 5 10/11 year olds arriving at 12 when we are all going to Frankie & benny's see and then to Alvin(such joy) . Bit of a crisis clean here this morning so I'm mostly flying off piste.

    Monday Mayhem..
    1. Make sure the last of the presents are wrapped I will not have people sitting up while 5am on Christmas morning wrapping!
    2. Clean the oven and hob ready for your feast!
    3. Clean the fridge to accommodate you bounty of food
    4. Change any bedding you need to get washed before the fat guy arrives.. and I do not mean the OH/parent/ etc
    5. Make sure your timetable for christmas day is sorted and everyone knows their tasks.. who is spud peeling? Who is stuffing the bird etc..?
    6. Phone someone you 'forgot' to post a card/present to in time.. just so they know you've not forgotten them... Milkman needs a card & tip.
    7. Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself.. reading.. relaxing.. goggling... remember you are important too.
    8. Dust round the whole downstairs

  • well it's 8.30 and there's already 6 pages to plough through!

DS and OH decluttered to work.....DD1 + DD2 still in the land of nod.

I'm going to finish my tea, put some washing on, check my list and head into town...I still have far too much to do!

    :bdaycake:

Well we had a bit more snow overnight. Just waiting to hear if a friend is travelling up to see me today. She is coming by bus and the main roads are clear, but I really wish she had agreed to wait till the weather had improved.
